    摘要： In order to provide a circuit device 10 where a second circuit element 15B is exposed from a sealing resin 16, a circuit device 10A comprises: an island 12 to whose top a first circuit element 15A is fixedly fitted; a plurality of leads 11 which are extended around the island 12 and electrically connected to the first circuit element 15A; a sealing resin 16 which seals the first circuit element 15A, the island 12, and leads 11 and forms a cavity portion 18; and a second circuit element 15B stored in the cavity portion 18. Accordingly, since the second circuit element 15B can be externally provided, the degree of freedom for mounting can be improved.

    摘要： An electronic equipment manufacturer has been bearing the burden to adjust variations in characteristics of semiconductor integrated circuits according to a conventional art. The device and the method of this invention include a microcomputer, signal processing circuit which processes an input signal accordingly to a control signal from the microcomputer and provides an output signal and a memory which stores adjustment values to adjust changes in signal characteristics due to variations in manufacturing of elements composing the signal processing unit. The microcomputer adjusts the changes in the signal characteristics of the signal processing circuit according to the adjustment values stored in the memory.

    摘要： Multicolor display elements are disclosed that are adapted to full color electric papers, which comprises a display electrode, counter electrode, electrolyte, and display layer, wherein the counter electrode is disposed oppositely to the display electrode, the electrolyte is filled into a space provided between the display electrode and the counter electrode, the display layer is disposed on the surface, which faces the counter electrode, of the display electrode, the display layer contains plural electrochromic compositions in a condition that the plural electrochromic compositions are separated into plural layers within the display layer or are mixed together within the display layer, and at least one of threshold voltage for coloring condition and threshold voltage for decoloring condition, or at least one of charge amount required for coloring into a sufficient color density and charge amount required for sufficiently decoloring, are substantially different each other between the plural electrochromic compositions.
