摘要: A drive joint mechanism includes a drive shaft (30) and a driven shaft (24) coupled coaxially to the drive shaft (30). A coupling (31) on the drive shaft (30) or the driven shaft (24) has pin-engaging grooves (31a, 31b) and at least one pyramid-shaped pin-guide (32) between adjacent pin-engaging grooves (31a, 31b). An engagement pin (25) is provided on the other of the drive shaft (30) and the driven shaft (24) and engages the pin-engaging groove (31a, 31b). The engagement pin (25) contacts the pin-guide (32) while coupling the drive shaft (30) and the driven shaft (24). Thus, at least one of the drive shaft (30) and the driven shaft (24) is rotated by a pressing force exerted in the axial direction by the driven shaft (24) so that the pin-guide (32) guides the engagement pin (25) into the pin-engaging groove (31a, 31b).

摘要: To provide a mobile communication system that can prevent unauthorized use of an encryption key otherwise caused by loss thereof and that can securely perform a direct communication between terminals using the encryption key. A portable terminal apparatus 1-1 transmits a P2P communication trigger to a portable terminal apparatus 1-n through a key managing/distributing server 3. In response to the transmission/reception of the trigger, the portable terminal apparatuses 1-1 and 1-n establish IPsec data sessions with the key managing/distributing server 3 through a SIP server 2 and a secret key is distributed per communication to the portable terminal apparatuses 1-1 and 1-n from the key managing/distributing server 3. The portable terminal apparatuses 1-1 and 1-n establish an IPsec data session therebetween using the secret key, thereby performing a P2P communication. The key managing/distributing server 3 performs key delivery control for switching to the session and establishing the session, with respect to the portable terminal apparatuses 1-1 and 1-n.

摘要: A method for manufacturing sponge iron and an apparatus for charging in the method are disclosed. Iron oxide powder and reducing-agent powder are charged such that alternating layers of the iron oxide powder and the reducing-agent powder are formed and such that each of the layers is in the form of a helix, and then a reduction treatment is performed. The method has not only high reaction efficiency of a gas, high quality, and high productivity, but also the advantage for a production adjustment because the amount of charge can be adjusted without the limitation of a reduction time. The molar ratio of the carbon content in the reducing agent to the oxygen content in the iron oxide in the reaction container is preferably 1.1 or more.

摘要: In a finish heat treatment method and finish heat treatment apparatus for an iron powder, a raw iron powder is placed on a continuous moving hearth and continuously charged into the apparatus. In the pretreatment zone, the raw iron powder is subjected to a pretreatment of heating the raw iron powder in an atmosphere of hydrogen gas and/or inert gas at 450 to 1100° C. In decarburization, deoxidation, and denitrification zones, the pretreated iron powder is subsequently subjected to at least two treatments of decarburization, deoxidation, and denitrification. In the pretreatment zone, a hydrogen gas and/or an inert gas serving as a pretreatment ambient gas is introduced separately from an ambient gas used in the at least two treatments is introduced from the upstream side of the pretreatment zone and released from the downstream side so as to flow in the same direction as a moving direction of the moving hearth.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a process and apparatus for the continuous flow production of polycrystalline silicon from metallic silicon or silicon oxide as a raw material and also for the manufacture of a wafer by using it, which process and apparatus permit the mass production at a low cost. The above object can be attained by the manufacture of polycrystalline silicon and a silicon wafer for a solar cell by the following steps: (A) smelting metallic silicon under reduced pressure, carrying out solidification for the removal of the impurity components from the melt, thereby obtaining a first ingot, (B) removing the impurity concentrated portion from the ingot by cutting, (C) re-melting the remaining portion, removing boron and carbon from the melt by oxidizing under an oxidizing atmosphere, and blowing a mixed gas of argon and water to carry out deoxidization, (D) casting the deoxidized melt into a mold, and carried out directional solidification to obtain a second ingot, and (E) removing the impurity concentrated portion of the ingot obtained by directional solidification by cutting.
