摘要： This surface-treated metal includes a metal, and a coated material on a surface of the metal, in which an outermost layer is a photocatalytic film that contains particles showing photocatalytic activity and an organic-inorganic composite resin, a volume ratio of the particles to the film is in a range from 0.5 to 50 vol %, the resin contains a siloxane bond and at least one group selected from the group consisting of an aryl group, a carboxyl group, an amino group, a hydroxyl group, and an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, the coated material has concaves on a surface thereof on the outermost layer side, an area of the outermost layer is 50% to 98% of an area of a surface of the metal, and a surface area of the outermost layer is 101% to 5000% of the area of the surface of the metal.

摘要： A coated steel material excellent in corrosion resistance and a method of producing the same, wherein a coated steel material has on the surface of the steel sheet a Zn-alloy coating layer containing 1-10 wt % of Mg, 2-19 wt % of Al and 0.01-2 wt % of Si, where Mg and Al satisfy Mg (%)+Al (%)≦20%, the balance being Zn and unavoidable impurities, and has a coating layer structure of a Mg intermetallic compound or the like. As a base metal treatment, it is preferably provided with a Ni coating layer. The coated Zn-alloy coated steel sheet may have provided on the coating layer, as an intermediate layer, a chromate film layer, and, as an upper layer, an organic coating layer. The Zn-alloy coating layer may further contain one or more of 0.01-1 wt % of In, 0.01-1 wt % of Bi and 1-10 wt % of Sn. The coated steel material may be painted.

Also disclosed are a method and a surface-treating solution for producing the surface-treated precoated metal sheet properly. The surface-treated precoated metal sheet is characterized by comprising a precoated metal sheet comprising an under metal sheet and an organic resin coating layer provided on the surface of the under metal sheet and a coating film having at least two layers, having a photocatalytic activity and formed on the precoated metal sheet, wherein the coating film having at least two layers comprises an inorganic-organic composite resin composed of a condensed product of an alkoxysilane selected from a group consisting of an alkoxysilane having an organic group selected from a group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an aryl group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxy group and a combination of two or more of these groups, an alkoxysilane having an epoxy group, an alkoxysilane having an amino group, a tetraalkoxysilane and a combination of two or more of the alkoxysilanes and contains a substance having a photocatalytic activity in such an amount that the content of the substance is highest in the outermost layer of the coating film and is gradually decreased toward an inner layer of the coating film.
