    摘要: A common electrode driving circuit is provided on a TFT substrate as a first substrate. Striped common electrodes are formed along the layout of pixels, such as data lines (or scanning lines), on a common substrate as a second substrate. The common electrode driving circuit inverts a common electrode voltage that is applied to a common electrode of an odd-number order, relative to a common electrode voltage that is applied to a common electrode of an even-number order. The common electrode driving circuit inverts these common electrode voltages to match the polarity inversion period at the same time. Based on this, a common inversion driving system is realized, and flicker is reduced according to a lengthwise line (or crosswise line) inversion driving system.

A first inspection circuit is also provided, including an inspection voltage input and/or output terminal for inputting and/or outputting an inspection voltage to/from one ends of the data lines via a first analog switch. A second inspection circuit includes an inspection voltage input and/or output terminal for inputting and/or outputting an inspection voltage to/from the other ends of the data lines. The display circuit, the first inspection circuit, and the second inspection circuit are provided on one substrate, and the first inspection circuit is constructed to be separated from the rest of the display circuit.

An object is to provide an area lighting device which can provide excellent display quality and a liquid crystal display device having the same.     摘要: The display device comprises: a substrate 50 having a plurality of light emitting elements on one surface thereof, and a substrate 10 having a circuit for controlling the plurality of the light emitting elements, bonded to said one surface of the substrate 50, and sealing a space where the plurality of the light emitting elements are formed. This makes it possible to form the light emitting elements on a flat surface, and the degradation of the emission characteristics of the light emitting elements can be prevented. An object is to provide an area lighting device which can provide stable display quality and a liquid crystal display device having the same. An area lighting device is configured to have a light source part provided with a plurality of LEDs; a dummy liquid crystal panel which has a pair of substrates and a liquid crystal layer encapsulated between the substrates, and to which light from the light source part partially enters; a chromaticity sensor which senses a chromaticity of light transmitted through the dummy liquid crystal panel; and an LED control part which compares the sensed chromaticity with a set target value, and controls the plurality of the LEDs so that the chromaticity becomes close to the target value.
