    摘要: A power roller for a toroidal type continuous variable transmission system comprises a trunnion having a central shaft, a bearing outer race connected to the trunnion, one face of which is provided with a first track groove concentric with the central shaft, a power roller rotatably mounted on one end portion of the central shaft, the power roller having a face opposing to the one face of the bearing outer race, the face being provided with a second track groove concentric with the central shaft, a plurality of rolling elements retained between the bearing outer race and the power roller and capable of rotating within a track formed by the first track groove and the second track groove, and a disk-like cage coaxially disposed between the bearing outer race and the power roller and rotatable about the central shaft, the cage including a plurality of through pockets for accommodating the rolling elements therein so as to retain the rolling elements within the track, the pockets being arranged at regular intervals in the circumferencial direction thereof, wherein the cage being capable of absorbing movement to which the rolling elements is subjected via the trunnion and the bearing outer race in a radial direction thereof.

    摘要: In the toroidal type continuously variable transmission system 100 incorporating a power roller bearing 11 therein, race grooves 15 and 16 respectively formed in the inner and outer races 35 and 13 of the power roller bearing 11 are respectively structured in such a manner as to have an arc-shaped cross section, and the radii of curvatures of the arc-shaped cross sections of race grooves 15 and 16 are set in the range of 52% to 59% of diameter of a rolling ball body which can roll on these race grooves, thereby being able not only to restrict an increase in dynamic torque of the power roller bearing but also to improve life of the power roller bearing.

      摘要: An object of the invention is to provide an anomaly diagnosis apparatus of a machine installation for eliminating the need for the user to have a dedicated analytical instrument or a skill required for anomaly diagnosis of a sliding member and enabling the user to easily make an anomaly diagnosis request with a small burden and get the diagnosis result promptly. In the invention, an anomaly diagnosis apparatus for analyzing sound or vibration data produced by a machine installation and diagnosing the presence or absence of an anomaly in a sliding member in the machine installation is made up of a diagnosis processing server (1) and a user information processing terminal (3) which are connected through a network (2). The diagnosis processing server (1) receives the sound or vibration data produced by the machine installation and information for identifying the sliding member used with the machine installation through the network (2) from the user information processing terminal 3, makes an anomaly diagnosis of the machine installation based on the received data, and transmits the diagnosis result through the network (2) to the user information processing terminal (3), thereby lightening the burden of the user and executing anomaly diagnosis processing promptly.
