    摘要: A magnetic recording flexible disc composed of a polyester film substrate having formed thereon a magnetic layer, the improvement wherein said polyester film is a biaxially oriented film consisting of poly-1,4-cyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate wherein at least 90 mole % of a glycol component is 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and at least 80 mole % of an acid component is terephthalic acid, a maximum value of a temperature dependent expansion in the surface direction of the film is 9.times.10.sup.-6 to 35.times.10.sup.-6 /.degree.C., a maximum value of a humidity dependent expansion in the surface direction of the film is 0 to 8.0.times.10.sup.-6 /% RH, the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the temperature dependent expansion in the surface direction of the film is 0 to 8.0.times.10.sup.-6 /.degree.C., and the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the humidity dependent expansion in the surface direction of the film is 0 to 3.0.times.10.sup.-6 /% RH.

    摘要: A biaxially oriented polyester film made of a polyester composition, (A) which polyester composition comprises (a) an aromatic copolyester having a melting point of 210-245.degree. C., (b) first inert fine solid particles having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.6 .mu.m, and (c) second inert fine solid particles having an average particle diameter of 0.3 to 2.5 .mu.m, the ratio of the average particle diameter of the second inert fine solid particles to the average particle diameter of the first inert fine solid particles being at least 2.5, and the amounts of the components (b) and (c) being 0.01 to 3% by weight and 0.001 to 0.2% by weight, respectively, based on the total weight of the components (a), (b) and (c); (B) which polyester film has a plane orientation coefficient of 0.08 to 0.16; and, (C) which polyester film shows excellent moldability when laminated onto a metal sheet and subjected to deep drawing. A can for drinks, foods, etc. having excellent heat resistance and flavor-retaining property can be produced from a metal sheet onto which the above biaxially oriented polyester film is laminated.

    摘要: A biaxially oriented polyester film formed from an intimate mixture comprising (1) an aromatic polyester, and (2) 0.01 to 4% by weight, based on the aromatic polyester, of spherical fine particles of silica having (a) an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 4 .mu.m, (b) a particle diameter ratio, defined by the ratio of maximum diameter of minimum diameter, of from 1.0 to 1.2, and (c) a relative standard deviation (.sigma.) of particle size, of up to 0.5. A biaxially oriented polyester film formed from an intimate mixture comprising (1) an aromatic polyester, (2) 0.005 to 3% by weight, based on the aromatic polyester, of spherical fine particles of silica having the same properties as the above-mentioned (a), (b) and (c), and (3) 0.005 to 3% by weight, based on the aromatic polyester, of inert fine particles having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 3 .mu.m and not exceeding the average particle diameter of the spherical fine particles of silica. The biaxially oriented films are useful for a magnetic recording medium.

    摘要: A photoresist layer supporting polyester film which is a biaxially oriented film formed from a polyester containing 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of porous silica particles that are agglomerates of primary particles having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 0.1 .mu.m and have an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 5 .mu.m and a pore volume of 0.5 to 2.0 ml/g, the number of the porous silica coarse particles having a major diameter of not smaller than 50 .mu.m being 10 or less per m.sup.2 ; and a photoresist film laminate comprising the above polyester film and a photoresist layer and a protective film, the photoresist layer and the protective film being laminated on one surface of the photoresist layer supporting polyester film. The above photoresist layer supporting polyester film is excellent in transparency and handling properties (slipperiness), and the above photoresist film laminate has excellent resolution and is almost free from circuit defect.
