    摘要: A variety of maintenance work is performed for each of operation units in a substrate processing apparatus. Doors are provided at given positions on sides of an apparatus space, each of which is provided with an interlock switch. An interlock release unit is provided near each of the doors for disabling the function by the interlock switch, and for placing a specific operation unit of the operation units in the apparatus space in an off state, while holding the other operation units in an on state. Re-operation instruction units are provided at given positions on the sides of the apparatus space for placing the specific operation unit in an on state that has been placed in an off state by the manipulation of the interlock release unit.

    摘要: The invention provides an apparatus for processing silver salt photosensitive material with a small amount of processing solution. The processing solution uniformly reacts with the photosensitive material for maintaining high processing quality.The apparatus of the invention includes: a process tank 96 which is relatively small in volume; and a developer supply roller 98 which is partly soaked in the processing solution. New or unused developer is temporarily stored in a temporary reservoir 100 formed on the circumference of the roller, held in pores of sponge formed on the surface of the developer supply roller, and supplied to an inlet of photosensitive material PM in the process tank 96 with rotation of the roller 98. The new processing solution is uniformly diffused, along the width of the photosensitive material PM, in the vicinity of the inlet in the stored processing solution. Accordingly, the photosensitive material PM is evenly and efficiently processed.The invention allows smaller equipment as well as improvement of processing quality. Furthermore, the smaller volume of processing solution prevents accumulation of sludge, thus saving time and labor for maintenance.

    摘要: Provided is a diagnostic ultrasound system producing an image whose brightness is enhanced by a contrast medium by implementing contrast echography based on intravenous injection. A diagnostic ultrasound system comprises a probe for converting an electrical driving signal into a corresponding transmission ultrasound wave and converting an echoed ultrasound wave into a corresponding electrical echo signal. The system still comprises a unit for transmitting the transmission ultrasonic wave to a subject by providing the probe the electrical driving signal substantially consisting of a fundamental component of a given driving frequency. The non-fundamental component is typically a second harmonic. A non-fundamental component of the driving frequency is intentionally lowered in power relative to the fundamental component by a suppressing element in the transmitting unit. The system comprises a unit for receiving the echo signal from the probe and processing the echo signal into a display image data reflecting both the fundamental and non-fundamental components and a unit for displaying the display image data.

    摘要: A bloodstream velocity image is formed by scanning a two-dimensional region including a blood vessel in a body to be examined with an ultrasonic wave. A velocity profile is formed by distributing either one of average velocities and maximum velocities of bloodstream velocities at a plurality of positions arranged along a first direction, along a second direction which is perpendicular to the first direction and extending across the blood vessel. A bloodstream volume is calculated from the velocity profile and a blood vessel diameter. Thus, an error caused by movement of a blood vessel accompanying pulsation can be decreased.

    摘要: An ultrasonic imaging apparatus and an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus including the ultrasonic imaging apparatus comprise an image acquiring unit, extracting unit, tracking unit and physical parameter calculating unit. The image acquiring unit acquires image data of a subject, the extracting unit extracts a plurality of trackable characterizing points based on the acquired image data, the tracking unit tracks the movement of the characterizing points, and the physical parameter calculating unit acquires specific physical parameters, such as displacement, distortion and distortion velocity, based on the information derived from tracked results, of the characterizing points contained in each region of interest (ROI). Both of the ultrasonic imaging apparatus and an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus make it possible to easily and accurately perform extraction of characterizing points and low-cost analysis of contraction/expansion functions of the heart or the like.
