摘要: The invention relates to a method and an imagesetter by means of which a photo material comprising a plurality of zones to be exposed individually, such as hundreds of thousands of such zones, can be done in an economical manner and particularly in acceptable exposure times. To this end, a method is provided for exposing a photo material comprising a plurality of zones to be exposed, preferably disposed regularly, particularly line by line, and having a digitally derived image, by means of which method a continuous relative motion is carried out between the photo material and the imagesetter, and the exposition of the individual zones takes place during said motion.

摘要: A drawing device draws a pattern on a substrate by radiating light from an optical head part on a target object (for example, substrate) which relatively moves with respect to the optical head part. Here, the optical head part has a spatial modulating unit which spatially modulates light from a light source, based on pattern data, and an optical path corrector which shifts the route of light spatially modulated in the spatial modulating unit at precision subdivided more than units of spatial modulation in the spatial modulating unit (more specifically, for example, units of pixels of spatial light modulator).

摘要: A document reading apparatus includes a document positioning plate configured to position a document, a carriage configured to move a light source along the document positioning plate, a reading unit configured to read an image of a document illuminated by a light source of the carriage, a white reference member provided in the displacement range of the carriage, an input unit configured to input a reading start instruction for a document, and a control unit configured to move the carriage along the document positioning plate in response to a reading start instruction input via the input unit. The control unit moves the carriage to a first position at which the white reference member is provided, cause the reading unit to read the white reference member, moves the carriage to a second position that is an acceleration start position for accelerating toward the reading start position of the document positioning plate, and waits for a reading start instruction input from the input unit.

摘要: An optical lens device of image scanner includes a diaphragm and plural lenses. The plural lenses, diaphragm, and image induction element are linearly arranged for defining an optical path between the document and the image induction element. Wherein, among the plural lenses, the one that is most close to the manuscript is called the first lens, and the other one that is most close to the image induction element is called the last lens, and the distance between the last lens and the image induction element is called BFL, and the length of the image induction element is called image height, and the total optical length between the document and the image induction element is called TT, and the effective focus length of the optical lens device is called EFL. If the optical lens device fulfills following conditions: the diameter of the last lens/the diameter of the first lens>1; EFL/image height
