    摘要: Objects of the present invention are to provide a DNA fragment encoding a limulus-derived pro-clotting enzyme, a virus harboring the DNA fragment, a cell harboring the virus, a method of producing the pro-clotting enzyme by use of the cell, and means for assaying an endotoxin or (1→3)-β-D-glucan employing the enzyme, wherein these elements are capable of producing an endotoxin or (1→3)-β-D-glucan assay reagent of satisfactory quality, steadily, at low cost, and on a large scale. In the present invention, for example, a DNA fragment encoding a protein having an amino acid sequence defined by SEQ ID NO: 4 is selected as a nucleic acid fragment encoding a limulus-derived pro-clotting enzyme, and the corresponding recombinant pro-clotting enzyme. Use of the enzyme can provide a high-sensitivity method and kit for detecting (1→3)-β-D-glucan and an endotoxin, utilizing a cascade reaction system in a horseshoe crab lysate.

Three reflective optical sensors are arranged on an upper end side of a rear surface, which is opposite to a detection surface, of the cassette body. An X-ray detection device for supine-posture imaging has a table. The X-ray detection device includes a tray to which the cassette is loaded. Markers for identifying a loading orientation of the cassette are attached to the tray. The reflective optical sensors read out the markers and detect the loading orientation of the cassette.

    摘要: An X-ray imaging device includes an X-ray generator, a filter plate detachably attached to an X-ray outlet of the X-ray generator, and a FPD. The filter plate has a plurality of circular markers of different sizes. The smallest marker is disposed at the center of the filter plate. The other markers are disposed on lines radiating from the smallest marker in increasing order of size and at regular intervals. An X-ray radiation beam passes through the markers and patient's body, and is incident upon an imaging surface of the FPD. The FPD produces a preliminary radiographic image from the incident X-ray radiation beam. A deviation vector detector chooses adjoining two marker images of different sizes from the preliminary radiographic image, and identifies to which markers the marker images correspond based on a size ratio. Then, the deviation vector detector determines the center of an X-ray field.

    摘要: A cassette accommodating device accommodates casings of a plurality of sizes. Each casing is detachably inserted with a cassette installed with a rechargeable battery and a radiation detection unit that is supplied with power from the rechargeable battery and generates a radiographic image according to an amount of received radiation. Each casing is provided on at least one of two connected side faces with a power receiving unit that receives power for charging the rechargeable battery. The device comprises a groove portion, formed with a sloping face that faces one of the two side faces of an accommodated casing, and a bottom face that faces the other of the two side faces of the accommodated casing. The bottom face is inclined such that the casing moves toward the sloping face when the casing is accommodated. A power supply unit is formed to the sloping face and/or the bottom face so as to supply power to the power receiving unit when the casing has been accommodated.
