    摘要: A process for producing an ester comprising reacting a carboxylic acid and ethylene in the presence of an acid catalyst in a vapor phase, wherein the concentration of olefin having 3 or more carbon atoms in the starting materials is controlled to 10,000 ppm or less in terms of the molar ratio to the total of the olefin and ethylene. The deterioration of the catalyst can be remarkably prevented from proceeding and a continuous and stable operation can be performed for a long time.

    摘要: An allyl acetate production catalyst comprising at least (a) palladium, (b) gold, (c) a compound containing at least one element selected from copper, nickel, zinc and cobalt, (d) an alkali metal salt compound and (e) a carrier, is produced by a process comprising step 1 in which a homogeneous solution of a palladium-containing compound and a gold-containing compound is supported on a carrier by contact therewith, step 2 in which the carrier obtained in step 1 is contacted with an alkali solution for impregnation, step 3 in which the carrier obtained in step 2 is subjected to reduction treatment, and step 4 in which a compound containing at least one element selected from copper, nickel, zinc and cobalt and an alkali metal salt compound are supported onto the carrier obtained in step 3. The obtained allyl acetate production catalyst has minimal reduction in activity and improved selectivity, when used for production of allyl acetate from propylene, oxygen and acetic acid.

The method includes an extraction process of subjecting a raw material liquid containing allyl acetate and water to an extraction operation using water as an extraction solvent and separating the extract into an oily phase and an aqueous phase, a distillation process of distilling the oily phase to obtain a distillate containing allyl acetate as a main component, and a hydrogenation process of subjecting the distillate to a hydrogenation reaction.

    摘要: An IC card connector having a housing provided with terminals, a frame attached to the housing, and an ejecting lever supported on the frame. The frame is a flat plate provided with a pair of mounting holes, and a connecting portion recessed in the direction of plate thickness between the mounting holes. The ejecting lever has a raised portion at the central part, jutting out in the direction of plate thickness, and inserted through from one mounting hole into the other mounting hole astride the connecting portion. The connecting portion is overlapped on the raised portion, so that the surface of the raised portion will be approximately flush with the surface of the flat plate of the frame, and the back side of the connecting portion will be approximately flush with the back side of the ejecting lever. The ejecting lever is also rotatably supported between the connecting portion and the raised portion, thereby pushing with the ejecting lever to drive out an IC card off terminals of the housing.

    摘要: A connector device in which a push rod can be locked in a predetermined approach position when an IC card is connected. The structure of an ejection mechanism is simplified, and the number of parts is reduced and assembling operability is improved. The push rod is held so as to reciprocate movably while constantly biased in an IC-card ejection direction, outside of a frame to guide insertion/removal of the IC card. A transmission pin attached to the push rod is engaged with a heart-shaped cam groove provided in an outer side surface of the frame. The transmission pin is constantly biased by a spring force of an elastic piece integrated with the push rod toward the cam groove. When the IC card is inserted, as an operation member of the transmission pin is held in the cam groove, the push rod is locked in the predetermined approach position. When the push rod, lock-released and projected, is pushed to the approach position, the transmission pin drives a driving plate entering the cam groove, to eject the IC card via an eject arm.

The PC card connector comprises a single board provided with two sets of connector pins to which two PC cards are stuck and plugged, and a conversion connector to which the board is attached. The board is constructed of a multilayered board such that a signal pattern is formed on each of surface layers on both the surface sides or an inner layer on the inner side, and a ground pattern is formed on the inner layer or each of the surface layers.
