    摘要: Propylene-based resin compositions contain an inorganic filler in a high ratio and are excellent in flexibility, mechanical strength, elongation at break, heat resistance, scratch resistance, whitening resistance and flame retardancy. Shaped articles comprise the compositions. A first propylene-based resin composition of the present invention contains 5 to 64.9% by weight of a propylene-based polymer (A) having a melting point, as measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), in the range of 120° C. to 170° C.; 0 to 59.9% by weight of a propylene-based polymer (B) having a melting point, as measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), of less than 120° C. or having no observed melting point; 0.1 to 30% by weight of a graft-modified propylene-based polymer (C) obtained by graft modifying a propylene-based polymer having a melting point, as measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), of less than 120° C. or having no observed melting point; and 35 to 75% by weight of an inorganic filler (D) (here, the total amount of (A), (B), (C) and (D) is 100% by weight).

    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition (Y) characterized by comprising (A) 20 to 64.9 wt % one or more ethylene copolymers comprising an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer, (B) 35 to 70 wt % metal hydroxide, and (C) 0.1 to 30 wt % grafted ethylene polymer. The resin composition has excellent flame retardancy and has satisfactory pliability/flexibility and excellent tensile properties. It is suitable for use as an insulating material or sheath for electric wires. Also provided are: a polymer composition (Z) having high flame retardancy, characterized by comprising relative to (AA) 100 parts by weight of a polymer such as a thermoplastic polymer or thermosetting polymer, in the ratio of (BB) 50 to 250 parts by weight of a metal hydroxide, (E) 0.1 to 40 parts by weight of a triazine ring containing compound, and (F) 0.1 to 40 parts by weight of a polyhydric alcohol; and a molded object obtained from the polymer composition. These are suitable for use as an insulating material or sheath for electric wires.

    摘要: The crosslinked material of the present invention is obtainable by crosslinking a propylene resin composition through irradiation with an ionizing radiation wherein the propylene resin composition comprises 100 parts by mass of a propylene resin comprising 15 to 99% by mass of a propylene polymer (A) having a melting point, as measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), of 120 to 170° C., and 1 to 85% by mass of propylene polymer (B) having a melting point, as measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), of below 120° C. or not observed (provided that the total of the components (A) and (B) is 100% by mass), and 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of a crosslinking assistant (C). The production process of the crosslinked material of the present invention comprises a step of molding the propylene resin composition into a molded form, and a step of crosslinking the molded form through irradiation with an ionizing radiation. The crosslinked molded article of the present invention is formed from the crosslinked material.
