    摘要: The present invention can provide a cationic electrocoating composition, comprising:(a) an acrylic resin functioning as a leveling agent, which has both an amino group and an acid group in one molecule and has a hydroxyl value of 50 to 200,(b) a base resin, and(c) a crosslinking agent,wherein the acrylic resin (a) is formulated in an amount of 0.1 to 20 percent by weight, based on the total weight of a mixture of the base resin (b) and the crosslinking agent (c), and the cationic electrocoating composition is substantially free from lead compound. The present invention also provides a method for preventing cratering or cissing on an electrocoated film formed from the cationic electrocoating composition.

    摘要: The present invention provides a lead-free cationic electrodeposition coating composition which contains an aqueous medium, a binder resin composed of a cationic epoxy resin and a blocked isocyanate curing agent dispersed or dissolved in the aqueous medium, a neutralizing acid in order to neutralize the cationic epoxy resin, an organic solvent, and a metal catalyst, wherein the electrodeposition coating composition has a volatile organic content of 1% by weight or less, a metal ion content of 500 ppm or less, a neutralizing acid amount of 10 to 30 mg equivalent based on 100 g of binder resin solid content. The lead-free cationic electrodeposition coating composition has high throwing power, and exert a little influence on the environment due to its low VOC, low metal ion content, and reduced consumption of a coating composition itself.

    摘要: In a data collection apparatus mounted on a vehicle, an electric control unit sets an abnormality detection condition to detect abnormality of the vehicle based on a condition signal received from an external apparatus located outside the vehicle. The electric control unit determines whether the detection condition is satisfied and stores vehicle control data or vehicle behavior data upon satisfaction of the detection condition as freeze data. The abnormality of the vehicle is analyzed using the freeze data.

    摘要: A cationic electrodeposition coating composition is provided which contains blocked isocyanate curing agent which is blocked with a substance not recognized as a HAPs (hazardous atmospheric pollutant).
