摘要： An information processing apparatus includes a correlation unit that correlates distance information indicating a distance to an emission position of electromagnetic waves emitted in a shooting direction of a plurality of image pickup units with a first pixel in a first image that constitutes images taken by the image pickup units, the distance information being obtained based on reflected waves of the electromagnetic waves and the first pixel corresponding to the emission position of the electromagnetic waves, and a generation unit that generates a parallax image by using the distance information correlated with the first pixel for parallax computation of pixels in a second image that constitutes the images.

摘要： A distance measuring apparatus measuring a distance to an object is disclosed. The apparatus includes a light projector projecting an irradiating light onto the object; a first receiver receiving and converting a reflected light into a received light signal; a second receiver adjacent to the light projecting unit, the second receiver receiving and converting the irradiating light into a reference signal, the second receiver being different from the first receiver; and a distance measuring unit measuring the distance based on a time. The distance measuring unit calculates an integrated waveform based on a reference waveform of the reference signal and a waveform of the received light signal, determines, based on the integrated waveform, a time from projection of the irradiating light onto the object by the light projecting unit until reception of the reflected light by the first receiver, and calculates the distance based on the determined time.

摘要： An object detection apparatus includes an incident optical system, which includes light source units and a combining unit combining light beams emitted from the light source units; a deflection unit including rotating reflection parts that deflect the light beams to scan and be irradiated on a predetermined range of an object; an imaging unit forming an image based on the light from the predetermined range of the object; and an optical detection unit detecting the object based on the light received via the imaging unit. Further the combining unit combines the light beams such that each of the combined light beams passes a single light path when projected onto a predetermined plane, and each of the light paths exists outside a region of the deflection unit when projected onto the first plane.
