    摘要: This invention relates to a rolling mill apparatus and a method of shape control of a rolled strip which enables satisfactory shape control even in extremely thin rolling. A rolling mill apparatus of this invention has a rolling mill, which rolls a rolled strip P between upper and lower work rolls; a shape detecting portion, which detects the degree of flatness of the rolled strip in the width direction of rolled strip which has been rolled by the rolling mill; a spray portion, having a plurality of spray nozzles arranged along the length direction of the upper and lower work rolls, which sprays the upper and lower work rolls with coolant C; and, a shape control portion, which adjusts the spray amount and/or temperature of the coolant C sprayed from the spray portion based on detected information from the shape detecting portion, to control the shape of the rolled strip P. The shape control portion has two control modes, in which the relationship of the detected information of the shape detecting portion and the spray amount and/or temperature of the coolant C sprayed from the spray portion are inversely proportional, and switches between these two control modes based on the strip thickness of the rolled strip P.

    摘要: This invention relates to a rolling mill apparatus and a method of shape control of a rolled strip which enables satisfactory shape control even in extremely thin rolling.     摘要: A SAW filter comprising a piezoelectric substrate and at least two filter tracks formed on the substrate, each having at least two IDT electrodes for input and output. The two filter tracks have substantially the same phase within a pass band, while it is substantially inverse-phased outside the pass band. For realizing the above-described conditions, input IDT electrode of one filter track is connected in parallel with input IDT electrode of the other filter track, while output IDT electrode of one filter track is connected in parallel with output IDT electrode of the other filter track. Furthermore, frequency values of said two filter tracks substantially coincide at a point 3 dB lower from the peak transfer function value. Thus the above-configured SAW filter of the present invention is smaller in the overall size and offers a broad pass band and a steep attenuation characteristic.

    摘要: In a SAW device containing two or more longitudinal mode coupling type SAW elements connected in parallel, each SAW element includes at least three comb shaped electrode pairs and a reflector electrode provided at both sides of the comb shaped electrodes. One part of respective comb shaped electrode pairs forming IDT electrodes is connected together in common by a ground connection electrode and connected with a ground pad. This configuration enables the number of connection pads to be minimized, thus providing a SAW device that is small in size and superior in filter characteristics.
