摘要: An inputtable/outputtable power estimating device and method that can correctly estimate maximum inputtable and/or outputtable power of a secondary battery that can continue for a prescribed period of time. When the secondary battery is continuously charged or discharged for a prescribed period of time, the estimated value of a maximum possible charge and/or discharge current is estimated such that the terminal voltage of the secondary battery reaches a predetermined upper limit voltage or lower limit voltage. The inputtable and/or outputtable power is estimated as the power that can be used to charge the secondary battery or be discharged from it on the basis of the estimated maximum possible current(s) and the respective upper limit voltage or lower limit voltage.

摘要: A state-of-charge (SOC) estimating device and method for a secondary battery that estimates the SOC of the battery with high precision when variation takes place in the parameters of the battery model, even if the input current is constant. A first SOC estimating part estimates the open-circuit voltage by estimating the battery parameters en bloc using an adaptive digital filter computing treatment from the measurement values of the current and the terminal voltage and computes a first estimated SOC of the secondary battery from the open-circuit voltage and a predetermined relationship between the open-circuit voltage and the SOC. A second SOC estimating part computes a second estimated SOC by means of current-integration. State-of-charge estimated value-selecting part selects the second SOC value as when the current is constant and otherwise selects the first SOC value.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a battery state estimation device and a battery state estimation method which identify parameter of a secondary battery with high accuracy. A current and a terminal voltage of secondary battery are detected, then by using the current measured value and terminal voltage measured value thus detected, the terminal voltage of secondary battery based on predetermined battery model is estimated, and the parameter of the secondary battery is identified such that a difference between terminal voltage measured value and voltage estimated value is converged to zero. In the identifying of parameter of secondary battery, the terminal voltage measured value and terminal voltage estimated value are subjected to filter treatment by low pass filter having a common high frequency breaking characteristic and the terminal voltage measured value and terminal voltage estimated value subjected to the filter treatment are used.

摘要: There is provided a plasma processing apparatus capable of stably generating plasma by suppressing oscillation of a plasma potential, and capable of preventing contamination caused by sputtering a facing electrode made of metal. A high frequency bias power is applied to an electrode within a mounting table for mounting a target object thereon. An extended protrusion 60 is formed at an inner peripheral surface of a cover member 27. The extended protrusion 60 is formed toward a plasma generation space S and serves as a facing electrode facing an electrode 7 within a mounting table 5 with the plasma generation space S therebetween. A ratio of a surface area of the facing electrode with respect to that of an electrode for bias (facing electrode surface area/bias electrode area) is in a range of from about 1 to about 5.

摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing a battery having an electrode module including: a positive plate having a cathode collector portion formed by attaching a lead member to a cathode substrate made of a foamed metal plate; and a cathode collector plate welded to the cathode collector portion. The method includes: a pre-welding positive plate forming process of forming a pre-welding positive plate, which is the positive plate before welding, such that the pre-welding positive plate has a projection projecting from a pre-welding cathode collector portion, which is the cathode collector portion before welding; and a welding process of melting a pre-welding cathode collector plate to weld it to the projection. In the pre-welding positive plate forming process, the projection is formed into such a shape that the condition that S≦1.3W is satisfied, where W and S represent the width and the circumferential length of the projection, respectively.

摘要: A network system enables controlling an image input device without requiring a driver that depends on the computer environment. A client terminal has a component that acquires a web page having an embedded scanner control script that controls image input from a scanner; a component that sends an image acquisition request through an interface board to the scanner as controlled by the scanner control script; and a component that gets an image from the scanner as a response to the image acquisition request as controlled by the scanner control script. The interface board receives the image acquisition request, and sends the image scanned by the scanner based on the received image acquisition request to the client terminal.
