摘要: An oil supply system for an engine includes a pump body provided with a first outlet port and a second outlet port. The oil supply system further includes a hydraulic-oil-delivery passage, a first oil passage, a second oil passage and a return hydraulic passage. The valve body divides a hydraulic-oil receiving portion for receiving the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic-pressure control valve chamber into a first valve chamber and a second valve chamber. When the hydraulic pressure oil delivered to the hydraulic-oil-delivery passage is in a predetermined value, the hydraulic oil discharged out of the second outlet port is delivered to the hydraulic-oil-delivery passage via the first valve chamber. When the hydraulic pressure delivered to the hydraulic-oil-delivery passage exceeds the predetermined value, the hydraulic oil discharged out of the second outlet port is delivered to the hydraulic-oil-delivery passage via the second valve chamber.

摘要: An oil pump apparatus includes an oil pump housing having a first suction port, a second suction port and a discharge port in the circumferential direction thereof. A shape of the end portion in the anti-rotational direction at the second suction port is formed to be along a shape of the end portion on the rotational direction side of one pump chamber which is sealed momentarily between the two suction ports, and a shape of the inner circumferential end portion of the first suction port is formed to be along the rotational trace of the end portion on the anti-rotational direction side of the pump chamber. A plural first pockets are formed on the driven rotor, and a second pocket is formed on the pump housing to communicate between the pump chamber and one of the first pockets when the pump chamber is communicated to the first suction port.

摘要: An oil supply system for an engine includes a pump body provided with a first outlet port and a second outlet port. 摘要: An oil pump rotor includes an inner rotor formed with n (n: a natural number) external teeth, and an outer rotor formed with n+1 internal teeth which are in meshing engagement with each of the external teeth. And the oil pump rotor is used in an oil pump that includes a casing having a suction port for drawing in fluid and a discharge port for discharging fluid and conveys the fluid by drawing in and discharging the fluid due to changes in volumes of cells formed between surfaces of the internal teeth and surfaces of the external teeth during rotations of the rotors under meshing engagement therebetween. And the tooth profile of the external teeth of the inner rotor is formed by a deformation in the circumferential direction and a deformation in the radial direction applied to a profile defined by a mathematical curve with the deformation in the circumferential direction is applied while maintaining the distance between the radius (RA1) of an addendum circle (A1) and the radius (RA2) of the tooth groove circle (A2).

The circular document is transmitted to a user selected based on a predetermined criterion, of users in the role designated by the transmitting person. When the document is transmitted for consultation, temporary circulation control information is set and the exact document is returned.

摘要: This invention relates to an oil pump apparatus which comprises an oil pump housing, a rotor rotatably located in the oil pump housing, the rotor forming a first set of pockets having a capacity increasing toward a rotating direction of the rotor and a second set of pockets having a capacity decreasing toward the rotating direction of the rotor, a plurality of suction ports connected with the first set of pockets, each of the suction ports being isolated from other adjacent suction ports, a discharge port connected with the second set of the pockets, and a control valve which includes a valve member, an urging member for urging the valve member and an urging member's chamber for disposing the urging member, the control valve being operatively positioned to control fluid flow through the plurality of the suction ports and the discharge port, and the control valve is operatively connected to select between a first condition in which the control valve connects with the suction ports and a second condition in which the control valve connects the discharge port with one of the suction ports and cuts off the other suction ports wherein the urging member's chamber is always communicated with one of the suction ports.
