Abstract: A rotating machine drive system includes: a rotating machine that includes a plurality of windings; a phase current detecting circuit that detects a phase current to be supplied to the rotating machine; an inverter device that includes an inverter circuit that converts DC power from a DC power supply into AC power, and a control device that controls power conversion being performed by an inverter main circuit on the basis of the phase current detected by the phase current detecting circuit, the inverter device operating the rotating machine at a variable speed; and a winding switching device that switches connections of the plurality of windings in accordance with a command from the control device. In a case where the rotation zone of the rotating machine is to be changed, the control device stops the current supply from the inverter circuit to the rotating machine, and switches the rotation zone of the rotating machine from a low-speed rotation zone to a high-speed rotation zone, or from the high-speed rotation zone to the low-speed rotation zone, on condition that a line internal voltage induced by a field magnetic flux of the rotating machine is lower than the DC voltage of the DC power supply.

Abstract: A rotary electrical machine comprises a cylindrical stator that generates a magnetic field, a rotor that generates torque through the magnetic field, and a housing that accommodates the stator. The housing comprises a housing body covering an outer circumferential part of the stator, and a housing lid part attached to one end side of the housing body. The stator comprises a stator core having a plurality of teeth, and a stator coil mounted on the stator core, and the stator coil has a plurality of windings wound onto the plurality of teeth, and a crossover wire connecting at least two of the plurality of windings. The crossover wire comprises an insertion mechanism that is provided to the housing lid part and electrically connects end parts of the windings and an end part of the crossover wire through insertion contact.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a stator for a dynamo-electric machine, with which axial size can be reduced; and, an electrically powered wheel provided with the stator for the dynamo-electric machine. A stator 10 for a dynamo-electric machine is provided with a stator core 100, a plurality of coils 201A-201D, and jumper wires 202A-202C. The stator core 100 has first teeth 101 around which a coil is wound and second teeth 102 around which a coil is not wound. The first teeth 101 and the second teeth 102 are disposed alternatingly in the circumferential direction. The jumper wire 202 extends circumferentially and radially with a bent section to absorb variations in the spacing between one coil and another, and is disposed at a position overlapping the second teeth 102 when viewed from the axial direction of the dynamo-electric machine. Further, the jumper wire 202 is disposed closer to the stator core 100 relative to an axial end of a coil at least partially wound around the first teeth 101.

Abstract: A motor control device of the present invention is connected to a power converter for converting power from direct current power to alternating current power, and controls the drive of an alternating current motor that is driven using said alternating current power, and the motor control device is provided with: a carrier wave generator; a carrier wave frequency adjuster that adjusts the frequency of the carrier wave; and a gate signal generator that uses the carrier wave to pulse width modulate a voltage command according to a torque command, and generates a gate signal for controlling operation of the power converter, wherein the carrier wave frequency adjuster adjusts the voltage command and carrier wave phase difference to reduce eddy current loss generated in rotor magnets of the alternating current motor according to a d-axis current flowing to the alternating current motor and the rotational speed of the alternating current motor.

Abstract: An in-wheel motor with improved driving force has a simplified cooling structure for the motor and a braking device. The in-wheel motor has a motor that transmits motive power to a wheel, at least a portion of the motor being disposed inside the wheel; a first cooling part and a second cooling part that cool a stator of the motor; and a braking device that applies braking to the wheel. The braking device 25 is formed from a brake disc that rotates with the wheel and a brake caliper that induces braking by imparting friction to the brake disc. The brake caliper operates in the axial direction of the motor to induce braking in the brake disc. A portion of an axial-direction end of the brake caliper is in contact with the stator. The first cooling part and the second cooling part cool the braking device through the stator.

The heat cycle system comprises a four-way valve that comprises a single circulation path for circulating the refrigerant and that can switch the connection destination of a refrigerant discharge section of the compressor to the indoor heat exchanger or the outdoor heat exchanger. A cooling unit of the electric drive unit is arranged upstream of the accumulator in the flow of the refrigerant.
