    摘要: Provided are a method of adjusting a photonic bandgap of a photonic crystal, a method of manufacturing a reflective color filter using the same, and a display device including the reflective color filter. The method of adjusting a photonic bandgap of a photonic crystal includes forming the photonic crystal having a photonic bandgap on a substrate, and changing the photonic bandgap by irradiating light onto the photonic crystal. In addition, the display device includes a backlight, a transflective liquid crystal panel including liquid crystal cells sealed between first and second substrates. Each liquid crystal cell corresponding to a pixel includes a transmissive area and a reflective area. A transmissive color filter is formed on the first substrate, which faces the backlight, and a reflective color filter is formed on each reflective area.

    摘要: A multiple wavelength surface-emitting laser device equipped with a substrate and a plurality of surface-emitting lasers formed on the substrate by a continuous manufacturing process is provided. Each surface-emitting laser includes a bottom reflection layer on the substrate, that is doped with impurities of one type and composed of alternating semiconductor material layers having different refractive indexes; an active layer that is formed on the bottom reflection layer; an intermediate layer that is doped with impurities of the other type on the active layer; a top electrode that is formed on the intermediate layer to have a window through which light is emitted; and a dielectric reflection layer where dielectric materials with different refractive indexes are alternately layered on the intermediate layer and/or the top electrode to a thickness suitable for a desired resonance wavelength, and the resonance wavelength is controlled by adjusting the thickness of the dielectric reflection layer.

The slim optical pickup has a substrate including a light source for generating a light beam, an optical element to irradiate light to an optical disc, a photodetector for receiving a light beam reflected by the optical disc, and a plurality of first bonding pads; a heat sink attached to the surface of the substrate; and a supporting means having a plurality of second bonding pads formed on an inner side of an array of the plurality of the first bonding pads on the substrate.
