    摘要: An image fusing apparatus includes a heating belt including a resistance heating layer, an insulating layer formed on an inner surface of the resistance heating layer, and a release layer formed on an outer surface of the resistance heating layer; a heating supporting roller disposed (positioned) inside the heating belt and rotating with the heating belt; a pressing roller disposed (positioned) parallel to the heating supporting roller and in contact with the outer surface of the heating belt to form a nip; and an electricity supplying member to supply electricity to the resistance heating layer of the heating belt. A thickness of paper non-contact areas of opposite side end portions of the resistance heating layer of the heating belt is the same as or thicker than the thickness of a paper contact area of a middle portion of the resistance heating layer thereof.

    摘要: A method of fabricating an image drum includes preparing a hollow drum body having a slot extending in a longitudinal direction, preparing a printed circuit board (PCB) having a plurality of board terminals, mounting the PCB inside the hollow drum body with a fixing member such that the board terminals of the PCB are placed in the slot of the hollow drum body, coating a first insulating layer on an outer circumference of the hollow drum body, forming a plurality of ring electrodes on the first insulating layer corresponding to the board terminals of the PCB, in which a portion of ring electrodes which corresponds to the board terminals of the PCB is non-continuous, exposing the board terminals below non-continuous area of the ring electrodes by etching the first insulating layer with the ring electrodes as an etching mask, and forming a connecting electrode to electrically connect the board terminals to the ring electrodes.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a light emitting device includes: forming a plurality of independent light emitting portions on a growth substrate; separating the light emitting portions from the growth substrate; mounting the light emitting portions onto a receiving substrate; and dicing the receiving substrate, onto which the light emitting portions are mounted, into a light emitting unit. Residual stress, which occurs when the light emitting portions are separated from the substrate, can be reduced, and the light emitting portions can be mounted onto the receiving substrate in a fluid state, whereby the light emitting device can be easily mass produced with excellent quality, and its manufacturing costs can be reduced.

    摘要: A backlight unit for a flat panel display and a flat panel display apparatus having the same. The backlight unit for a flat panel display displaying a predetermined image includes: a light source which emits light; a light guide panel having an incident surface facing the light source and which totally reflects light incident through the incident surface toward the flat panel display; and a holographic pattern that includes a plurality of diffraction gratings that are continuously repeated on at least one of an exit surface of the light guide panel and the opposing surface and diffracts light incident into the light guide panel. A depth of the diffraction grating progressively increases away from the incident surface along a length direction of the light guide panel. The backlight unit for a flat panel display and the flat panel display apparatus having the same have a simple structure that can acquire surface light using a holographic pattern while achieving uniform brightness distribution across the entire light-emitting surface.
