摘要: An apparatus for removing condensed water of an intercooler includes a collecting portion for collecting condensed water, the collecting portion being provided at a lower end of the intercooler; and an ultrasonic wave vibrator provided in the collecting portion, the ultrasonic wave vibrator being operated to introduce the condensed water collected in the collecting portion toward an engine so that the condensed water is vaporized, thereby removing or significantly reducing an amount of condensed water in the intercooler. The apparatus for removing condensed water of the intercooler can prevent engine damage and ignition failure due to the presence of the condensed water in the intercooler.

摘要: An engine system may include a main intake line, a supplementary intake line branched from the main intake line and joined to the main intake line, an intake bypass valve mounted to the main intake line, a main exhaust line mounted to an exhaust manifold, a supplementary exhaust line branched from the exhaust manifold and joined to the main exhaust line, an exhaust bypass valve mounted to the main exhaust line and selectively opening the main exhaust line, a turbocharger disposed adjacent to the supplementary exhaust line and operated by exhaust gas passing through the supplementary exhaust line, and a control unit for controlling the intake bypass valve and the exhaust bypass valve depending on an operation condition, wherein the exhaust gas is re-circulated from an upstream side of the exhaust bypass valve to the main intake line passing through an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) cooler and an EGR valve.

摘要: A method for detecting engine oil replacement may include determining a measured oil temperature change amount based on an engine oil temperature measurement value during an engine turned-off period determined based on turning-off/on signals, determining a modeled oil temperature change amount based on a temperature change model estimating the engine oil temperature without an engine oil replacement event according to the engine turned-off period, temperature information related to the engine at an engine turned-off time point, and temperature information related to the engine at a turned-on time point, comparing a difference value between the measured oil temperature change amount and the modeled oil temperature change amount with a reference temperature, determining whether the engine oil replacement event has occurred during the engine turned-off period based on a comparison result, and resetting an engine oil replacement timing and displaying the reset engine oil replacement timing in a user interface.
