    摘要: A cooling apparatus for EGR gas and engine oil may include coolant lines through which coolant circulates, an EGR heat exchange part provided between the coolant lines, wherein the EGR gas circulates through the EGR heat exchange part so as to exchange heat with the coolant, a bypass part spaced apart from the EGR heat exchange part, wherein the EGR gas circulates through the bypass part, or bypasses the bypass part so as not to exchange heat with the EGR heat exchange part, an oil heat exchange part provided on the coolant lines and spaced apart from the EGR heat exchange part, wherein engine oil circulates through the oil heat exchange part so as to exchange heat with the coolant, and a control valve provided at an entrance side of the EGR heat exchange part so as to control circulation of the EGR gas into the oil heat exchange part.

    摘要: A control apparatus includes a control member performing a center position control to align a specific crank angle of an engine with EGR system, which angle is called as center position, with a reference position when the engine is driven under a predetermined range. The center position is a geometric center of a figure defined by a transition of heat generation ratio through fuel combustion. The control member runs an ignition acceleration procedure when the engine satisfies at least one of specific conditions during an exhaust gas recirculation under the center position control. The ignition acceleration procedure is to inject more fuel for a pilot injection than a base amount determined in accordance with the center position control. The specific conditions includes: a condition that an engine load is smaller than a threshold value; and a condition that an engine rotational speed is smaller than a threshold value.

    摘要: An engine system may include a main intake line, a supplementary intake line branched from the main intake line and joined to the main intake line, an intake bypass valve mounted to the main intake line, a main exhaust line mounted to an exhaust manifold, a supplementary exhaust line branched from the exhaust manifold and joined to the main exhaust line, an exhaust bypass valve mounted to the main exhaust line and selectively opening the main exhaust line, a turbocharger disposed adjacent to the supplementary exhaust line and operated by exhaust gas passing through the supplementary exhaust line, and a control unit for controlling the intake bypass valve and the exhaust bypass valve depending on an operation condition, wherein the exhaust gas is re-circulated from an upstream side of the exhaust bypass valve to the main intake line passing through an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) cooler and an EGR valve.

    摘要: An engine system for a machine is disclosed. The engine system may have an intake manifold configured to direct air into a donor cylinder and a non-donor cylinder of an engine. The engine system may also have a first exhaust manifold configured to direct exhaust from the non-donor cylinder to the atmosphere. The engine system may also have a second exhaust manifold configured to receive exhaust from the donor cylinder. The engine system may further have a control valve configured to selectively direct a first amount of exhaust from the second exhaust manifold to the intake manifold. In addition, the engine system may have an orifice configured to allow a second amount of exhaust to flow from the second exhaust manifold to the first exhaust manifold.
