The intercooler pipe includes a plurality of bellowses, wherein an exterior of the bellows is made of a soft material and an inside thereof is made of a hard material to make a storage modulus of the inside of the bellows greater than that of the exterior thereof. In addition, the intercooler pipe improves the durability of an intercooler pipe.

    摘要: An under-floor frame system is disclosed. In particular, a main frame made of carbon fiber composite materials forms a closed quadrangle. A center cross member made of carbon fiber composite materials runs along a width direction of a vehicle and connects middles of the both side members. Also, a front cross member and a rear cross member made of carbon fiber composite materials runs along a width direction of a vehicle and connects a front side member portion and a rear side member portion at both sides of the main frame, respectively. A center tunnel member made of carbon fiber composite materials and is extended in a width direction of a vehicle to traverse an upper space of the center cross member and connects the front cross member and the rear cross member.

    摘要: An under-floor frame system for a vehicle is provided that includes a main frame of carbon fiber composite materials that forms a closed quadrangle. A front of the main frame is a front bumper member, both sides are side members that extend from a front to a rear of the main frame, and a rear of which is a rear bumper member. A front cross member of carbon fiber composite materials extends along with a width direction of a vehicle, and connects the front portion of both side members of the main frame and a rear cross member which connects the rear portion of the side members. An additional side member of carbon fiber composite materials extends in the length direction of a vehicle, and is connected to the side member of the main frame.

    摘要: An upper-body frame for a vehicle includes a roof frame which is made of a carbon fiber composite material, and which forms a perimeter frame of a roof of the vehicle, and has a closed-loop shape. Door frames which are made of carbon fiber composite material, and form respective perimeter frames of door opening parts of a vehicle body, and each of which has an upper part that is connected to a corresponding side part of the roof frame. A windshield frame is made of a carbon fiber composite material and forms a perimeter frame of a windshield opening part of the vehicle. The windshield frame has an upper part which is connected to a front part of the roof frame, and side parts which is connected to respective front parts of the door frames.
