Abstract: A lubricating oil composition containing a base oil (A), a molybdenum-based friction modifier (B), a metal-based detergent (C), and a dispersant (D), in which the dispersant (D) contains a non-boron-modified polyisobutenyl succinic bisimide (D1). The IR spectrum of the non-boron-modified polyisobutenyl succinic bisimide (D1) is determined by an FT-IR method, having a ratio [Abs (1705 cm−1)/Abs (1390 cm−1)] of a peak intensity Abs (1705 cm−1) at 1705 cm−1 to a peak intensity Abs (1390 cm−1) at 1390 cm−1 is 7.5 or less. A content of the non-boron-modified polyisobutenyl succinic bisimide (D1) is 50 mass % or more based on a total amount of the dispersant (D), and contains a kinematic viscosity at 100° C. is 9.3 mm2/s or less. The lubricating oil composition has an excellent effect of reducing a friction coefficient while containing a molybdenum-based friction modifier and a succinimide compound.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a lubricating oil composition which, even while exhibiting an excellent friction reducing effect by combining plural types of molybdenum-based friction modifiers, has excellent high-temperature detergency, oxidation stability and copper corrosion resistance. The object has been achieved by a lubricating oil composition containing a base oil (A), a molybdenum-based friction modifier (B), a metal-based detergent (C), and an ash-free dispersant (D), wherein the molybdenum-based friction modifier (B) contains two or more selected from the group consisting of a binuclear molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B1), a trinuclear molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B2), and a molybdenum-amine complex (B3); the metal-based detergent (C) contains a sulfur atom; the ash-free dispersant (D) contains a nitrogen atom; the acid value derived from the binuclear molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B1) and the trinuclear molybdenum dithiocarbamate (B2) is less than 0.04 mgKOH/g; the content ratio of a sulfur content (CS) derived from the metal-based detergent (C) to a nitrogen content (DN) derived from the ash-free dispersant (D), [(CS)/(DN)] is 0.30 to 0.85 in terms of the mass ratio; and the phosphorus content based on the total amount of the lubricating oil composition is more than 0.04% by mass and less than 0.10% by mass.

Abstract: A lubricating oil composition may contain a base oil (A) and a dispersant-type viscosity index improver (B), in which the nitrogen atom content based on the solid content of the dispersant-type viscosity index improver (B) is 0.50 to 1.50% by mass, and the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) thereof is 100,000 or more, and the content in terms of the solid content based on the total amount of the composition of the dispersant-type viscosity index improver (B) is more than 0.05% by mass and less than 5.0% by mass. The lubricating oil composition may exert excellent wear resistance in a state contaminated with soot.

The copolymer (X) has a mass-average molecular weight (Mw) of 5,000 to 50,000, a content of the copolymer (X) in terms of resin content is 0.10% by mass to 2.5% by mass based on the total amount of the lubricating oil composition, and the lubricating oil composition has a 100° C. kinematic viscosity of 8.2 mm2/s or less.

Abstract: A mixed composition including a refrigerant including at least one unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound selected from the compound having a formula CxFyHz, x is an integer of 2 to 6, y is an integer of 1 to 11, z is an integer of 1 to 11, and the compound has at least one unsaturated carbon-carbon bond, and a refrigerator oil including a base oil (A); a phosphorus-based extreme pressure agent (B); a decomposition inhibitor (C) that inhibits the decomposition of the unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon in the presence of an iron; and an antioxidant (D), wherein (C) controls the amount of fluorine in the refrigerator oil composition at 30 ppm by mass or less after mixing the refrigerator oil with R1234yf at a mass ratio of 1:1, and subjecting the mixture to an autoclave test at 175° C. for 336 hours with a metal catalyst including iron, copper, and aluminum.
