摘要: The embodiments include: a NOx occlusion/reduction catalyst which is provided to an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine, occludes NOx in exhaust when the exhaust is in a lean state, and reduces and purifies occluded NOx when the exhaust is in a rich state; a NOx purging control unit which, when the exhaust is in the rich state, executes NOx purging in which the NOx occluded in the NOx occlusion/reduction catalyst is reduced and purified; and a NOx-purging-prohibition processing unit which, when at least one of a plurality of prohibition conditions is fulfilled, prohibits execution of catalyst regeneration processing by the NOx purging control unit even if a catalyst-regeneration-processing start request has been issued, and, when one of the prohibition conditions is fulfilled during execution of the catalyst regeneration processing, invalidates the prohibition condition and allows continued execution of the catalyst regeneration processing by the NOx purging control unit.

摘要: An exhaust gas purification system which can suppress a decrease in engine torque during a desulfurization process applied to a NOx storage reduction catalyst. The system includes a NOx storage reduction catalyst in an exhaust pipe of an engine, and a desulfurization process control unit that controls an amount of intake air introduced to the engine to enrich the exhaust gas, and performs a desulfurization process to the NOx storage reduction catalyst. The desulfurization process control unit is configured to gradually reduce an amount of intake air when the desulfurization process is commenced.

摘要: An exhaust gas purification system with a diesel particulate filter in an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine. A surface filtration cake layer formation enhancement control or a particulate matter generation amount reduction control is temporarily performed immediately after a forced regeneration treatment on the diesel particulate filter. The system and a method are directed to a particulate matter slip-through phenomenon in which the particulate matter slip-through amount temporarily increases immediately after particulate matter re-combustion in a forced regeneration treatment on the diesel particulate filter. The diesel particulate filter is disposed in the exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine and reduces the total amount of particulate matter emitted to the atmosphere immediately after the particulate matter re-combustion in the forced regeneration treatment on the diesel particulate filter.

摘要: There is provided a regeneration device for an exhaust-gas purifying device 40 which is provided in an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine, the regeneration device including: an injector for injecting fuel into a cylinder; a glow plug which is energized to be heated to thereby increase a temperature inside the cylinder; and a regeneration control unit for executing a regenerating operation for restoring a purification capacity of the exhaust-gas purifying device by controlling the injection of fuel of the injector and the energization of the glow plug, wherein during the regenerating operation, the regeneration control unit controls the injection of fuel of the injector by a multi-stage injection including at least a post injection and energizes the glow plug at a predetermined duty ratio to burn, within the cylinder, fuel supplied by the post injection.
