    摘要: An exhaust gas heat exchanger for an internal combustion engine includes an exhaust passage and an offset fin. The offset fin includes a plurality of side walls and a plurality of top walls. The offset fin is defined into a plurality of segments that are offset from each other in an offset direction. One of the plurality of top walls of the offset fin has a projection that inwardly projects therefrom. The projection is provided to one of the plurality of segments. The projection of the one of the plurality of segments is opposed to an upstream end portion of the other one of the plurality of side walls of the other one of the plurality of segments that is positioned adjacently downstream of the one of the plurality of segments in the circulation direction.

    摘要: An exhaust gas cooling device, which cools exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine mounted on a vehicle through heat exchange between the exhaust gas and a coolant, includes: a plurality of tubes through which the exhaust gas flows; a tubular shell which houses the plurality of tubes and is configured to allow the coolant to flow therethrough; and a header plate disposed at an end portion in the shell to prevent the coolant from flowing out of the shell. The header plate includes support holes in which end portions of the plurality of the tubes are fitted and supported, and each of axial end faces of the plurality of tubes is located in the corresponding support hole at a position between both ends of the header plate in a thickness direction of the header plate.

    摘要: A circuit with dielectric thicknesses is presented that includes a low-pass filter including one or more semiconductor devices having a thick gate oxide layer, while further semiconductor devices of the circuit have thin gate oxide layers. The low-pass filter semiconductor device includes an N-type substrate, a P-type region formed on the N-type substrate, a thick gate oxide layer formed over the P-type region, a P+ gate electrode formed over the thick gate oxide layer and coupled to a first voltage supply line, and P+ pick-up terminals formed in the P-type region adjacent the gate electrode and coupled to a second voltage supply line. The low-pass filter semiconductor device acts as a capacitor, whereby a gate-to-substrate voltage is maintained at less than zero volts to maintain a stable control voltage for the circuit.
