The present invention provides an installation structure of exterior wall decorative sheet (1) possible for easily installing a wall surface (W) of the exterior wall decorative sheet (1), preventing the exterior wall decorative sheet (1) from moving upwards. It includes a plurality of solar panels (3), which is an exterior wall decorative sheet (1), a lower runner (2) holding the plurality of solar panels (3) at a lower side thereof, and an upper runner (2) holding the plurality of solar panels (3) at an upper side. The upper runner (2) includes a fixed portion (21) fixed to the wall surface (W), a rotating portion (22) attaching a base side thereof vertically and rotatably to the fixed portion (21), and an upper engaging portion (23) provided in a tip side of the rotating portion (22), engaged with the solar panel (3) by rotating the rotating portion (22) downwards, and disengaged with the solar panel (3) by rotating the rotating portion (22) upwards.
Abstract:
A laser-clad processing apparatus of the present invention is one which is for carrying out laser-clad processing onto a valve-seat portion of a cylinder head, and is characterized in that it comprises cylinder-head holding means (1) for holding a cylinder head (H) in an inclining manner so that the central axial line of a valve seat becomes the vertical direction, a laser-processing head (2) for irradiating a laser beam onto a process part of the valve seat and at the same time discharging a powdery material to this process part, rotary means (3) which rotates around the central axial line of the valve seat in such a state that the laser-processing head is inclined with respect to the vertical direction, and powdery-material supply means (4) for supplying the powdery material to the laser-processing head. Moreover, a laser-clad processing method of the present invention is characterized in that it fixes the cylinder head (H), and forms a clad layer while rotating the laser-processing head (2), which emits the laser beam with respect to the valve-seat portion of the cylinder head and discharges the powdery material, around the axial center line of the valve seat.
Abstract:
In a method for processing a high-strength member having a high Si content of more than 0.7% by mass, a high-strength steel material containing, on the basis of mass percent, 0.05% or more C, more than 0.7% Si, and 0.8% or more Mn is subjected to processing controlled such that the sum total of absolute surface strains in a predetermined direction each applied in individual process steps of the processing is 5% or more as nominal strain to form a member having a predetermined shape. The member, even containing more than 0.7% Si, can have markedly improved chemical conversion treatability without mechanical grinding or chemical pickling treatment.
Abstract:
There is provided a high-strength steel tube having excellent chemical conversion treatability and excellent formability and a method for manufacturing the high-strength steel tube. More specifically, in processing a mother steel sheet containing, on the basis of mass percent, 0.05% or more C, more than 0.7% Si, and 0.8% or more Mn into a pipe shape, the sum total of absolute circumferential surface strains each applied in individual process steps of the processing is 5% or more as nominal strain. A welded steel tube thus manufactured using a steel sheet even containing more than 0.7% Si can have excellent chemical conversion treatability without mechanical grinding or chemical pickling treatment.
Abstract:
An optical fiber laser, according to the present invention, has an optical fiber including a core to which a rare earth element is added and a clad disposed around the core, and also has an excitation light source for emitting excitation light incident on a side of the optical fiber. The optical fiber has a corrugated shape on the outer circumference of the clad along the longitudinal direction thereof; and the optical fiber is wound in a spiral form and is bundled in such a way that adjacent sides of the clad are brought into contact with one another.
Abstract:
A flow rate control valve includes a second substrate having a flexible thin film and interposed between a first substrate having a heating mechanism and a third substrate having a sealing section. The first substrate and the second substrate close an internal space formed adjacent to the heating mechanism and filled with an expandable material. The sealing section and the flexible thin film function together as a valve. The heating mechanism heats and expands the expandable material whose pressure is detected by pressure-detecting sensors. The detected pressure value is fed back to a control mechanism of the heating mechanism for opening/closing a fluid flow passage and controlling the valve opening degree.
