    摘要: An angle measurement system for an ion beam includes a flag defining first and second features, wherein the second feature has a variable spacing from the first feature, a mechanism to translate the flag along a translation path so that the flag intercepts at least a portion of the ion beam, and a sensing device to detect the ion beam for different flag positions along the translation path and produce a sensor signal having a first signal component representative of the first feature and a second signal component representative of the second feature. The first and second signal components and corresponding positions of the flag are representative of an angle of the ion beam in a direction orthogonal to the translation path. The sensing device may be a two-dimensional array of beam current sensors. The system may provide measurements of horizontal and vertical beam angles while translating the flag in only one direction.

    摘要: A track section for a track system is provided that includes an enclosed channel and first and second lateral members. The enclosed channel is defined by a base wall, a cover wall, and first and second lateral side walls, and has an interior cavity. The first and second lateral side walls are disposed on opposite sides of the enclosed channel. The base wall and the cover wall are spaced apart from one another and extend between the first and second lateral side walls. The first lateral member extends outward from the first lateral side wall and the second lateral member extends outward from the second lateral side wall. Each has a ramp flange channel. The track section is a unitary structure with the first and second lateral members being integral with the enclosed channel and has a length between first and second lengthwise ends.

The first channel is terminally connected to the main clip body from top, and the second channel is terminally connected to the main clip body from bottom. As a result, the main clip body, the first channel, and the second channel are able to receive the form mat. The concrete form clip can be secured to the ground surface with the at least one anchoring feature through a wooden stake and/or a metal stake. The form mat and multiple concrete form clips collectively delineate the section shape of the area that concrete is poured.

    摘要: A improved, lower cost method of producing solar cells utilizing selective emitter design is disclosed. The contact regions are created on the substrate without the use of lithography or masks. The method utilizes ion implantation technology, and the relatively low accuracy requirements of the contact regions to reduce the process steps needed to produce a solar cell. In some embodiments, the current of the ion beam is selectively modified to create the highly doped contact regions. In other embodiments, the ion beam is focused, either through the use of an aperture or via adjustments to the beam line components to create the necessary doping profile. In still other embodiments, the wafer scan rate is modified to create the desired ion implantation pattern.

    摘要: An apparatus is provided to improve clamping of a work piece to a support surface. The apparatus includes a support base, an insulator layer disposed on the support base, an electrode layer disposed on the insulator layer, and a clamping layer comprising aluminum oxynitride disposed on the electrode layer wherein the workpiece is clamped to the surface of the clamping layer. The apparatus provides a higher clamping force for the workpiece while reducing gas leakage and particle levels in addition to maintaining a declamping time suitable for high throughput processing. The apparatus may further provide a raised surface geometry or embossments on the dielectric or a dielectric comprising an outer ring a center cavity for reducing particle contamination to the backside of the workpiece. Also, a thin wall sleeve may be provided between the base and the insulator and alternating current may be applied to opposite ones of interdigitated electrode pairs to reduce particle contamination and improve the implantation uniformity.
