The timing circuit contains a phase locked loop that, during a first interval, checks whether a control signal in the phase locked loop is between a maximum allowed value and a minimum allowed value. When the control signal in the phase locked loop is above a maximum allowed value or below a minimum allowed value, the control circuit disables the phase locked loop for a second interval. When the control signal in the phase locked loop is below a maximum allowed value and above a minimum allowed value, the timing circuit indicates that the output of the phase locked loop is stable.

The method includes: recording activity data in an activity log; suppressing the activity log one or more times to suppress non-relevant activity data thereby producing one or more sets of suppressed activity data; passing the one or more sets of suppressed activity data through a signal processing function to convert the one or more sets of suppressed activity data to one or more frequency responses; and analyzing the one or more frequency responses to detect the periodic activity patterns. Related apparatus and methods are also described.

In one example, such a real estate application includes an embedded dialer application that includes several functionalities to develop a prioritized call initiation queue. In embodiments, the dialer retrieves and prioritizes all contacts associated with the agent using the dialer application. The dialer may utilize one or more of several mechanisms to prioritize the list of contacts to present the final call initiation queue to the user. The prioritization process takes several factors into account, such as, for example, the current availability of the client, a present geographic location of the client, an “emerging star” client, etc.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a real estate management application with a “property check-in” feature that enables the agent to automatically check-in at each property location. Subsequent to entering a given property, the agent selects the check-in feature in a mobile real estate service application, allowing the real estate service to determine a present geographic location of the agent. Using this, the service identifies an MLS location of the client and uses corresponding MLS information to update a tracking entry associated with the agent. In embodiments, the tracking entry enables the real estate service to maintain accurate expertise history for each agent.
