    摘要: The information system and method for collecting, transferring and administrating quality control data, and particularly HACCP data disclosed allows bi-directional communication between a plurality of remote wireless measurement devices and a central web server through a local com/data link. The com/data link provides wireless communication with the various measurement devices and communication with the web server via an Internet connection. An Internet based database and website interface provides centralized data storage and easily accessible data management and analysis. Administrator/users can access and manage the data from any location or device with Internet connectivity. The measurement devices allow their operation and functions to be configured and reconfigured by uploading customized device “data packets” into the devices system memory. The Internet-based user interface allows administrator/users to remotely customize and modify these “data packets” for each individual measurement device to suit each specific application. The bi-directional communication between the various wireless measurement devices and the web server allows administrator/users to reconfigure each individual measurement device remotely through an Internet-based user interface.

    摘要: An endless screen extends around an upper roller, above the stream of a ditch or the like, and a lower roller, submerged in the stream. A cleaning brush engages the underside of the lower reach of the screen, the brush rotating in a direction opposite to the movement of the screen, while a roller or rod supports the screen just below the brush. The brush may be driven directly from a motor and speed reducer, with a belt drive to an upper pulley producing further speed reduction, or a speed reduction drive between the motor and the brush with a belt or chain drive to the upper roller may be utilized.The lower roller for the screen has a fixed center surmounted by a plastic or rubber bushing about which a cylinder of the lower roller rotates.A weir directs water onto the screen, the weir including a transverse partition mounted in the ditch and having a rectangular slot therein. A rectangular funnel occupies the slot, having a base member extending to the screen and side members extending to side plates mounted on bars of a frame, with the forwardly extending members inside the plates.

    摘要: In an energy storage system that includes a battery and an ultracapacitor, the state of charge (SOC) of the capacitor is the subject of a dynamic set-point. This dynamic set-point control is a function of the load regime to which the storage system is exposed, for example a hybrid automobile or electric automobile. The control may be based in part upon real-time fast Fourier transform analysis of load current, permitting real-time adjustment of control coefficients. In this way, it is possible to minimize the occurrence of the capacitor being fully charged at a time when it would be desired to be able to absorb high current, for example from regenerative braking. Likewise it is possible to minimize the occurrence of the capacitor being nearly discharged at a time when it would be desirable to have boost power available. A result is that even a relatively small ultracapacitor (having perhaps one two-hundredth the energy storage capacity of the battery) can permit greatly reducing waste heat dissipated in the battery, and can reduce otherwise unnecessary cycling of current into and out of the battery. This can extend battery life and battery performance.
