It includes the steps of transmitting a pulse signal from a first transceiver to a second transceiver; transmitting a reflection signal from the second transceiver to the first transceiver if the transmitted pulse signal is received at the second transceiver within an active reception period of the second transceiver; and detecting the reflection pulse to determine synchronization between the first transceiver and the second transceiver. Embodiments of the invention also relate to an apparatus for carrying out the method. In one embodiment, the reflection signal is generated by a super-regenerative oscillator.

    摘要: The portable object is equipped with an antenna inductively coupled to a fixed station of a remote transmission device. The portable object comprises a variable load impedance and a rectifier connected in parallel to the terminals of the antenna, a regulation loop of the voltage at the terminals of the load impedance, connected between the output of the rectifier and a control terminal of the load impedance. The regulation loop comprises, in series, means for determining a difference between a setpoint voltage and the output voltage of the rectifier, a one-bit analog-to-digital converter, and command means of integrator type. The command means comprise a gain control input connected to an output of the gain control means receiving on input signals representative of the difference. Demodulation means are connected to the output of the converter.

    摘要: A method is provided for manufacturing an integrated electronic component arranged on a substrate wafer. According to the method, at least one metallization step is performed, and a value of an electrical parameter of the integrated electronic component is determined after the at least one metallization step. A subsequent metallization step is performed after determining the value of the electrical parameter. The subsequent metallization step is performed using an adjustment mask chosen from n predefined masks based on a desired value of the electrical parameter, so as to obtain the desired value of the electrical parameter of the integrated electronic component after manufacturing. In one preferred embodiment, a series of electrical tests is performed on the wafer using test equipment, and the value of the electrical parameter is determined using the same test equipment as is used to perform the series of electrical tests.

    摘要: The portable object is equipped with an antenna inductively coupled to a fixed station of a remote transmission device.     摘要: A super-regenerative transceiver that has an antenna interface for an antenna is self-tuned with a self-tuning unit configured. The self-tuning unit makes the transceiver to repeatedly perform a self-tuning cycle until the amplitude meets a predetermined detection condition or a predetermined criterion is met. The self-tuning cycle involves the following: transmitting to the antenna a probe signal with one or more pulses; receiving from the antenna a ringing detection signal; determining if the ringing detection signal reflects tails of the probe signal with amplitude meeting a predetermined detection condition; and adjusting of the tuning of the super-regenerative transceiver if the amplitude does not meet the predetermined detection condition.
