摘要: A color filter array may include a plurality of pixels and control a pass wavelength band of the plurality of pixels using a dichroic filter that passes light of a specific wavelength range and blocks the rest of wavelengths. The pass wavelength band of the plurality of pixels may be adjusted according to a plurality of thicknesses of the dichroic filter. The dichroic filter may be formed by repeatedly forming a layer of titanium dioxide (TiO2) and a layer of silicon dioxide (SiO2).

摘要: Provided is an analog-to-digital (A/D) converter that may be used in an image sensor and a ramp signal generator that is used in an A/D converter. The ramp signal generator may generate a ramp signal and a reference voltage signal that include noise that has same noise characteristics that are input into the ramp signal, such that the signal to noise ratio (SNR) is improved and the image quality is also improved.

摘要: A wear leveling system and method of a flash memory cell uses the amount of time required to perform an erasing operation on a sector of the flash memory to determine whether the memory cells in the sector have degraded to an unacceptable level. The actual time required to erase a sector of a flash memory array is compared to a reference erasing time required to erase a unit sector under the state of the worst allowable degradation. If the actual erasing time of a sector exceeds the reference erasing time, logical addresses corresponding to the sector are re-mapped to the physical addresses of a different sector. On the other hand, when the actual erasing time is shorter than or equal to the reference erasing time, a controller continues to use the unit sector.

摘要: A depth sensing apparatus is provided. The depth sensing apparatus may reset, to a reference voltage value, a voltage of each of a first floating diffusion node and a second floating diffusion node of a sensor pixel for a first time period. For a second time period, the depth sensing apparatus may control the first floating diffusion node to store a voltage of a photodiode in a first phase interval, and may control the second floating diffusion node to store the voltage of the photodiode in a second phase interval. The depth sensing apparatus may calculate a difference between the voltage of the first floating diffusion node and the voltage of the second floating diffusion node for a third time period.

摘要: An apparatus and method for allocating a channel using an auction algorithm in a wireless communication system. The method includes measuring a data rate of each channel; selecting one of the channels, when information on the channels is received from a base station, using the received information on the channels and the measured data rate; and determining a bidding price of the selected channel. Performance of the entire system can be improved by reducing complexity as well as guaranteeing an optimal value in the channel allocation.
