    摘要: An electron emission device, useful as a backlight unit, improves uniformity between pixels and maximizes post-processing effects. The electron emission device includes a base substrate with first electrodes extending on the base substrate, each of which includes a resistance layer formed at an end. The electron emission device also includes second electrodes electrically insulated from the first electrodes and electron emission sources formed on the first electrodes. The electron emission device is configured for current to flow through the resistance layer during a driving operation and for current to not flow through the resistance layer during an aging operation.

    摘要: A light-emitting module includes a light guide plate and a light source unit in accordance with an embodiment. The light guide plate include an upper surface, a lower surface facing the upper surface, a plurality of side surfaces connecting the upper surface and the lower surface, and a cross-sectional surface connected to at least one of the side surfaces. The light source unit includes a substrate disposed in correspondence with the cross-sectional surface and a point light source mounted on the substrate to emit light to the cross-sectional surface. Thus, light-emitting efficiency may be enhanced and the arrangement of point light sources may be optimized, so that a required amount of emitted light may be obtained using a small number of the point light sources. In addition, uniformity of luminance and heat-radiating efficiency may also be enhanced.

The method includes receiving, by the SLC, a request for the location information of the UE from a requester; notifying, by the SLC, the UE that the location information has been requested; transmitting, by the SLC to the SPC, a pseudo IDentifier (ID) for securing a connection between the SPC and the SLC; receiving, by the SLC from the SPC, the location information of the UE with the pseudo ID, the location information of the UE being calculated by the SPC, based on a positioning measurement measured by the UE; and transmitting, by the SLC, the location information to the requester.

An electron emission device and an electron emission display device include the electron emission source. A composition for forming electron emission sources includes the carbon-based material and the silicon-based material. A method of forming the electron emission source includes applying the composition to a substrate; and heat treating the applied composition. The adhesion between the electron emission source including the cured and heat treated resultant material of the silicon-based material and a substrate is excellent, and thus the reliability of the electron emission device including the cured and heat treated resultant material of the silicon-based material can be enhanced.
