摘要： The invention concerns a mobile communications unit (100) having at least one transducer (120) that can broadcast audio through a direct port (110), at least one leak port (114) for leak tolerance of the unit, in which the leak port can have a first opening (116) and a multi-use opening (118). The multi-use opening can be coupled to the first opening of the leak port to complete a path for the leak port, and the multi-use opening can also receive a part of an accessory. As an example, the mobile unit can be a monolith mobile unit. As another example, the accessory can be a holster having a hook mechanism that fits within the multi-use opening and can secure the mobile communications unit to the holster.

The system (100) includes a spectral tilt estimator (110) for estimating a spectral tilt of the received audio signal, and a compensative filter synthesizer (115) for synthesizing a compensative filter based upon the spectral tilt estimated by the spectral tilt estimator. The filter comprises at least one compensative filter coefficient for mitigating the spectral tilt of the received audio signal prior to audio equalization of the audio signal.

摘要： In an item of footwear having a sole and an upper, the sole includes at least one upper layer, which is directed towards the upper, and at least one lower layer, which is directed away from the upper. The upper layer and the lower layer are made of materials having different levels of elasticity, density or hardness. The side of the sole which is directed towards the upper forms a bearing surface for the foot, with a heel zone and a ball-of-the-foot zone. The lower layer passes through the upper layer at least in part such that a bearing surface is formed by regions of the lower layer and of the upper layer. This construction makes it possible to combine the different materials' properties in the region of the bearing surface.

At least one cross member extends between and is operably connected with the leg members to rigidly retain the leg members in the upright orientation. The leg members and cross member define a top supporting frame with a central axis extending longitudinally therealong. First and second elongate top members are supported on the frame on opposite sides of the central axis, and have opposing interior edges which are spaced apart to define a slot therebetween. An elongate accessory support beam is positioned in a generally vertical orientation in the slot, and includes a generally T-shaped slot extending longitudinally therealong for supporting accessories thereon.

The housing encloses and shields at least the jack and a portion of the printed board. A structure is provided for holding the shielding of a cable on one of the base parts in electrically conductive contact therewith.

摘要： A polymer composition comprising a blend of: (a) a graft copolymer of a perfluorinated unsaturated compound, which only reluctantly homopolymerizes, on a backbone polymer, (b) a copolymer of said perfluorinated unsaturated compound with an ethylenically unsaturated comonomer, and (c) oligomers of said perfluorinated unsaturated compound. The polymer composition is made by dissolving a compound of the formula (R.sub.f --A).sub.n --PG wherein n is an integer of 2 or 3, R.sub.f is a perfluoroalkyl group of at least 3 carbon atoms, A is a linking group, and PG is a polymerizable group derived from fumaric and related acids, together with a backbone polymer, a comonomer which copolymerizes with the perfluorinated compound, and a free radical initiator in an organic solvent and polymerizing at 40.degree. C to 120.degree. C for .5 to 24 hours.The resulting stable polymer compositions are useful in imparting soil repellent properties to various substrates, especially textiles.In a preferred embodiment, bis(1,1,2,2-tetrahydroperfluoroalkyl) fumarate, ethylene-propylene-1,5-hexadiene terpolymer and 4-hydroxybutylvinylether are polymerized in tetrachloroethylene in the presence of benzoyl peroxide.

摘要： An electric steering lock for a drive authorization system in a motor vehicle, including a movable locking element which, according to a first position, can be brought into locking engagement with a latched-in position on the steering shaft in the steering wheel column and, according to a second position, can be brought out of locking engagement with said position. The steering lock also has a drive for moving the locking element between the two positions, and electronics for controlling the drive. The system may have an associated second device in the form of an electronic key, an identification (ID) transmitter, a chip card or the like, with the result that, when the second device is authorized, the drive can be controlled into the respective position by the electronics. The electronics generate those signals which are used to trigger functions which can otherwise be effected by an electric ignition lock.
