    摘要： The present invention provides novel polynucleotides encoding Drosophila DmTNF polypeptides, fragments and homologs thereof. The present invention also is directed to novel polynucleotides encoding two Drosophila DmTNF variants, DmTNFv1 and DmTNFv2 polypeptides, fragments and homologs thereof. Also provided are vectors, host cells, antibodies, and recombinant and synthetic methods for producing said polypeptides. The invention further relates to screening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of the polynucleotides and polypeptides of the present invention, in addition to methods of genetically modifying Drosophila or cultured cells to express or mis-express DmTNF, DmTNFv1, or DmTNFv2. The invention also relates to the use of such modified insects or cells to characterize DmTNF activity, identify TNF-like genes and/or genes implicated in modulating TNF, characterize TNF signaling pathways, and/or to identify modulators of DmTNF activity.

    摘要： A print cartridge support system for locating a print cartridge in a printer includes a cartridge docking bay and a latch mechanism. The cartridge docking bay is configured to removably receive the print cartridge. The latch mechanism includes a body and a retainer. The body is movably supported relative to the bay for movement between a closed position and an open position. The retainer is movably coupled to the body to move between a retaining position in which the retainer releasably engages the bay when the body is in the closed position and a releasing position.

    摘要： A refrigerator having a forward projecting dispenser that extends forward a front panel of the door. The door has an outer door pan with an outer door cavity and an inner liner having an inner liner cavity. An ice chute may be placed through both the inner liner cavity and the outer door cavity to move ice to the forward projecting dispenser. The dispenser may have a housing that positions a control panel and water outlet forward the front panel. The dispenser may extend to the door handle of the refrigerator or beyond the handle. The distance the dispenser extends forward the front panel of the door is minimized using a slight diagonal rear side of the dispenser housing.
