摘要： A flat panel display device including electrodes facing each other is disclosed. The flat panel display device, including at least one unit discharge cell, includes: a upper and a lower substrates; one or more first partition members for supporting and keeping apart the upper and the lower substrates; and a pair of electrodes, formed on the first partition members, for generating the electric field in discharge space of the unit discharge cell, wherein the pair of electrodes are formed on one or more leteral faces which are in contact with the discharge space among all the lateral faces of the first partition members, the pair of electrodes facing each other at a right angle, and wherein intenal space is formed inside of the first partition members.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for encoding and decoding an image by skip encoding. The image-encoding method by skip encoding, which performs intra-prediction, comprises: performing a filtering operation on the signal which is reconstructed prior to an encoding object signal in an encoding object image; using the filtered reconstructed signal to generate a prediction signal for the encoding object signal; setting the generated prediction signal as a reconstruction signal for the encoding object signal; and not encoding the residual signal which can be generated on the basis of the difference between the encoding object signal and the prediction signal, thereby performing skip encoding on the encoding object signal.

摘要： Remote card content management using synchronous server-side scripting is provided. A system includes a computer processor and a script interpreter executable by the computer processor. The script interpreter is configured to perform a method. The method includes parsing a script configured to perform a card content management operation as a sequence of operations for a secure element based on receiving a request from a mobile device located remotely from the computer processor. The method also includes creating an execution context for the script to identify the sequence of operations in the script as non-flushing and flushing nodes. A flushing node is identified as an operation that sends a response to the request and expects a subsequent request from the mobile device for the secure element. The method further includes pausing execution of the script upon sending the response at the flushing node.
