摘要： A wireless, mobile device application for a first-responder to create incident reports for events such as an automobile accident or natural disaster, including digital photographs, audio recordings, notes, ordinance numbers, number of individuals affected, type of incident, real time global positioning satellite coordinates (GPS), and any other relevant information that a first-responder deems necessary. Such a report may then be transmitted to a server for access by emergency personnel, E-911 dispatchers, or any others with access to a secure server hosted on the World Wide Web.
