    摘要: A suturing device is disclosed which sutures a tissue using a suture unit having a suture thread with both ends fitted to a first anchor and a second anchor, respectively. The suturing device includes a hollow tip member receiving the first and second anchors; a wire having a front end inserted through the hollow tip member so that the first and second anchors can be released out from the hollow tip member; a flexible tube, a parallel member, a relative position holding member, a forward movement restricting member, and an operating portion. At least one of the hollow tip member, the forward movement restricting member, and the flexible tube has a communication portion on an outer peripheral surface thereof so as to communicate with an internal cavity, and a middle portion of the suture unit is inserted into the communication portion and is tied to the wire.

    摘要: A suturing device is disclosed which sutures a tissue using a suture unit having a suture thread with both ends fitted to a first anchor and a second anchor, respectively. The suturing device includes: a hollow tip member receiving the first and second anchors; a wire having a front end inserted through the tip member so that the first and second anchors can be released from the tip member; a flexible tube having a distal end integrally connected to a proximal end portion of the tip member, through which the wire is inserted so as to freely move forward and backward in the axial direction of the tube; a main body fixed to a proximal end of a sheath through which the tube is inserted; and a sliding portion fixed to the proximal end of the tube and fitted to the main body so as to freely move with respect to the main body in the axial direction in a sliding manner. The sliding portion includes a slider fixed to the proximal end of the tube, and a slider control portion which controls a sliding movement of the slider with respect to the main body in a normal state, and deactivates the control by a predetermined operation.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to turn microphones accurately and quickly toward a sound source. The first microphone pair is rotated by rotation means and driving means, so that the microphones are equidistant from a sound source. The sound picked up by the microphones is analyzed in a plurality of frequency ranges to obtain delay time components of the arrival of the sound wave. The delay time components are averaged with a prescribed coefficients so that the lower frequency components hardly affects the result of the direction detection. The averaged delay is converted into an angle of direction of the sound source. Thus, the microphones pair is directed in front of the sound source on the basis of the direction angle converted from the averaged delay time.

    摘要: An echo canceler is disclosed having a voice detector. When the voice detector detects the absence of input signals, the echo canceler is trained. In the training mode, the echo canceler receives an impulse signal from an impulse generator, as input through a switching device. When the input of the echo canceler is the impulse signal, a switch is turned off, a signal on a receiving line is stored in a tap coefficient memory, and the impulse signal on a transmitting line is stored in a transmission signal memory. Using the signals stored in the two memories, a convolution operation is performed by a convolution arithmetic unit. The data of the tap coefficient memory directly before the end of training are used for the tap coefficients after the training period.
