摘要: A battery module includes: a cell cover close to a battery cell and having one surface emitting heat of the battery cell; and a cooling channel portion having a cooling channel that a refrigerant flows formed therein and having one surface of the cooling channel close to the one surface of the cell cover to absorb heat of the battery cell. In a contact region of the cell cover and the cooling channel portion, the cell cover has a protrusion portion protruded in the direction of the cooling channel, and the cooling channel has a penetration hole for inserting the protrusion portion into an inner portion that the refrigerant flows.

摘要: A system and a controlling method for extinguishing a fire in a battery of a vehicle is provided for preventing the vehicle from being completely burned out and protecting consumer's physical assets by injecting cooling water of a water cooling system when a fire occurs in a battery to extinguish the fire of the battery at an early stage and by supplying an external cooling material from outside of the vehicle to extinguish the fire of the battery when the fire of the battery is not extinguished at the early stage.

摘要: A battery for a vehicle includes a heat dissipating panel interposed between battery cells. A heat pipe is arranged in the heat dissipating panel and has an upper end portion serving as a contact portion, which extends to be exposed upward outside from an upper end of the battery cell and is bent inward to the upper end of the battery cell. A heat dissipating fin is in tight contact with the contact portion of the heat pipe.
