摘要: A biodegradable polyester composition based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, including a weight content of tetrahydrofuran, which is 3 ppm-200 ppm; and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5 ppm-85 ppm is provided. The tetrahydrofuran and cyclopentanone is added into the composition and controlling the content of tetrahydrofuran and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition to realize printing performance. Moreover, when a velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2 μm and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%.

摘要: A biodegradable polyester composition based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, including a weight content of a cyclic ester compound having a structure shown as formula (I), which is 100 ppm-950 ppm; and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5 ppm-85 ppm is provided. The cyclic ester compound and cyclopentanone is added into the composition and controlling the content of the cyclic ester compound and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition to realize an anti-thermal oxidative aging property of the biodegradable polyester composition. In addition, a film is prepared by blow molding or a part is prepared by injection molding after being digested with 95% ethanol at 40° C. for 240 hours.

摘要: The present invention discloses a polylactic acid composite and use thereof. The polylactic acid composite includes the following components: (A) 89 to 98 parts by weight of polylactic acid; (B) 1 to 4 parts by weight of talcum powder; and (C) 1 to 7 parts by weight of a plasticizer. In the component (A), the polylactic acid has a polydispersity index P satisfying the following relationship: 1.55≤P≤2.02. In the component (B), the talcum powder has a particle size D(50) satisfying: 1 μm≤D(50)≤2.6 μm. In the component (C), the plasticizer has a relative molecular weight M satisfying: 180≤M≤670. Through research, the present invention has unexpectedly discovered that by using the polylactic acid having the polydispersity index P satisfying the relationship 1.55≤P≤2.02 as a matrix, adding a specific range of content of ultrafine talcum powder as a nucleating agent, and selecting the plasticizer of a specific molecular weight as a crystallization promotion agent, the prepared polylactic acid composite has a light transmittance T≥80%, a haze H≤40%, and a heat deflection temperature HDT≥90° C., having significantly improved heat resistance and transparency.

摘要: The present invention relates to a flame-retardant nylon composite and use thereof, including components: 55 parts to 80 parts of a nylon resin; 1 part to 30 parts of a red phosphorus; and 0.01 part to 2 parts of a phenolic substance. According to the present invention, by adding a small amount of the phenolic substance to the red phosphorus flame-retardant nylon composite, phosphorus precipitation can be effectively inhibited, and a phosphine precipitation amount can be reduced to 30 ppm or less, while good electrical performances can be maintained, which is applicable in fields of connectors, contactors, etc. in electronic appliances.

摘要: The present invention discloses a semiaromatic polyamide resin, a preparation method thereof, and a polyamide molding composition consisting of the same, which consists of following components: (A) 20 to 95 wt % of a PA10T homopolymer derived from 1,10-decanediamine and terephthalic acid; and (B) 5 to 80 wt % of a PA6T homopolymer derived from 1,6-hexanediamine and terephthalic acid. Particularly, (A)+(B)=100 wt %.In the present invention, by adding a certain amount of the PA10T homopolymer into the PA6T homopolymer, a melting point of the PA6T homopolymer can be significantly decreased to be below a decomposition temperature thereof, and thereby a processability of the PA6T homopolymer is improved. The prepared semiaromatic polyamide resin has a decreased melting point, and may be processed normally. The polyamide molding composition consisting of the semiaromatic polyamide resin has a good processability, and has excellent surface properties.

摘要: Disclosed are a polypropylene composite material capable of blasting at a low temperature, and a preparation method therefor and application thereof. The polypropylene composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-75 parts of special polypropylene A, 3-10 parts of special polypropylene B, 15-30 parts of a filler, 2-10 parts of a special toughening agent, 15-25 parts of a toughening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a lubricant, 0.1-0.3 part of a photostabilizer, and 0.2-0.6 part of an antioxidant, wherein the special toughening agent comprises ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and a metallocene ethylene-propylene copolymer. The polypropylene composite material that is capable of blasting at a low temperature and has good rigidity is prepared by using the special polypropylene A, the special polypropylene B, and the special toughening agent in combination with the normal filler and the normal toughening agent, and the polypropylene composite material has a wide application prospect.

摘要: The present invention provides a polyamide composite material, which includes the following components in parts by weight: 25-85 parts of a polyamide resin; 10-50 parts of a glass fiber; 5-25 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene; and 0.1-2 parts of at least one of a K/Na/Ca/Mg/Ba/Zn/Li/Al salt of montanic acid. The montanate can effectively inhibit free hydrogen fluoride in the polytetrafluoroethylene, thereby effectively inhibiting free silicon in the glass fiber and improving the electrical performance of the material.
