    摘要: Disclosed herein is a built-in RFID tire tag. The built-in RFID tire tag includes an antenna and a circuit unit. The antenna is mounted in a tire, and is configured to be operated by resonating with radio waves, which are transmitted from an RFID reader and to have a repetitive corrugated shape. The circuit unit is configured to be operated by being supplied with power using the radio waves. The antenna includes a pair of tag radiators. Each of the tag radiators is divided into a first region and a second region. The corrugation density of the second regions, which are close to the circuit unit, is greater than that of the first regions, which are not close to the circuit unit. The first regions, which depend on rotational motion of the tire, adapt flexibly to bending and torsion of the tire by the difference between the corrugation densities.

    摘要: Disclosed is a preparation method of an exfoliated nitropolymer/silicate nanocomposite by emulsion polymerization of monomers forming the polymer in an aqueous dispersion of non-modified, layered silicate in the presence of a reactive emulsifier having both a radical-polymerizable vinyl group and a functional group with affinity for silicate. In the process of the polymerization, silicate is fully exfoliated and uniformly dispersed in the polymer. Therefore, only a small amount of silicate is sufficient to improve thermal and mechanical properties of the polymer. Further, the method is advantageous in terms of a simple preparation process due to no use of organo-modified silicate, thus achieving an economic benefit.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to improve abrasion-resistance and spin performance of a golf ball having a polyurethane cover.The golf ball of the present invention is a golf ball having a core and a cover covering the core. The cover contains a layered silicate and a polyurethane resin having a secondary or a tertiary amine structure in a molecular chain thereof. In the present invention, the polyurethane resin used as a resin component constituting the cover has a secondary or tertiary amine structure in a molecular chain. Thus, it has a strong interaction with the layered silicate, and a reinforcing effect of the filler becomes even higher. As a result, abrasion-resistance and spin performance of the resultant cover are improved.
