摘要: There is provided an electric compressor capable of being actuated rapidly. During the time when the operation of an automotive air conditioner is stopping, by heating a motor 12, a refrigerant on the outlet side 11b of a compressor body 11 is heated. Thereby, the temperature of refrigerant on the outlet side 11b is raised, and the refrigerant is prevented from being liquefied on the outlet side 11b of the compressor body 11, by which the automotive air conditioner can be actuated rapidly. Besides, by rotating the motor 12 at the number of revolutions lower than that at the time of normal operation, the refrigerant liquefied on the outlet side 11b of the compressor body 11 may be pushed out.

摘要: An integrated-inverter electric compressor whose grounding effect and grounding reliability are increased by reliably grounding an inverter device to a housing and in which the size the inverter device are reduced by simplifying the grounding structure is provided. The integrated-inverter electric compressor includes an inverter device provided in an inverter container on the outer circumference of a housing. The inverter device includes an inverter module formed by integrating a power-related metal substrate and a resin case and is provided with a control-related substrate on the upper surface of the inverter module; the resin case is integrated with mounting legs provided at a plurality of locations on the circumference; the mounting legs are grounded to the power-related metal substrate and the control-related substrate; and grounding terminals, which frame-ground the substrates to the housing, are insert-molded in such a manner that the grounding terminals are securable to the inverter container with screws.

摘要: There is provided an electric compressor capable of being actuated rapidly. During the time when the operation of an automotive air conditioner is stopping, by heating a motor 12, a refrigerant on the outlet side 11b of a compressor body 11 is heated. Thereby, the temperature of refrigerant on the outlet side 11b is raised, and the refrigerant is prevented from being liquefied on the outlet side 11b of the compressor body 11, by which the automotive air conditioner can be actuated rapidly. 摘要: There is provided an integrated electric compressor that can be made small in size while reducing radio noise effectively. In an inverter of the electric compressor, a snubber circuit 21 comprising a resistor R and a capacitor C is provided between input/output terminals 20 of a power source and a switching element 18. The snubber circuit 21 is formed by surface mounting a resistive element constituting the resistor R and a capacitor element constituting the capacitor C on a power board 16. A leakage current from a motor 19 is thus restrained and radio noise is reduced. The resistive element and the capacitor element constituting the snubber circuit 21 are preferably surface mounted on the power board 16 on the side opposite to the side on which a control circuit board is arranged.
