摘要: An electronic endoscope system has a video-scope, a video-processor, and a liquid supply apparatus. The video-scope has a liquid transmitting tube for spouting liquid from a tip of the video-scope, and is detachably and electrically connected to the video-processor. The liquid supply apparatus is electrically connectable to the video-processor, and has a container for storing liquid and a liquid supplier that supplies the liquid in the container to the liquid transmitting tube. A liquid jet performance member for spouting the liquid is provided on the video-scope. A liquid jet performance detector detects operational status of the liquid jet performance member, and a liquid jet performance transmitter feeds a control signal regarding the operational status of the liquid jet performance member to the liquid supply apparatus. The liquid supplier supplies the liquid in the container to the liquid transmitting tube in accordance with the control signal.

摘要: An electronic endoscope includes a video-scope with an image sensor and a video-processor, to which the video-scope is detachably connected. The electronic endoscope has a light source that emits illuminating light for illuminating a subject, a color adjuster that performs a color adjustment process for color image signals read from the image sensor, which include a plurality of color signal components corresponding to a plurality of color elements, and a light source detector that detects the type of the light source. The color adjuster performs the color adjustment process in accordance with the type of the light source such that color in displayed subject image is properly reproduced.

摘要: An electronic endoscope system includes an endoscope unit, a video processing unit, a display device. The video processing unit is provided with a device for changing parameters referred to for controlling illumination light and an image display condition. A registration ID (identification) code and the displaying parameters are stored in a non-volatile memory. A hard key is detachably coupled to the video processing unit. The hard key stores an ID code intrinsic thereto, and the displaying condition is adjusted in accordance with the displaying parameters stored in the memory if the ID code of the hard key coincides with the registration ID code. While, the display condition is adjusted in accordance with a predetermined reference displaying parameters if the ID code of the hard key does not coincide with the registration ID code.

摘要: An electronic endoscope has a video-scope with an image sensor and a video-processor. The video-scope has an objective lens and an illuminating lens in a tip portion. Further, the electronic endoscope has a luminance calculator and a light-amount adjuster. The luminance calculator divides the total area of a subject image into a plurality of division areas, defines weighted areas from the plurality of division areas in accordance with the tip characteristics of the video-scope, and calculates a total luminance value of the subject image by putting priority on predetermined weighted areas relative to the other areas. The light-amount adjuster adjusts the quantity of light illuminating the subject in accordance with the total luminance value.

摘要: A light source apparatus is used in a video endoscope system having a charge coupled device (CCD) image sensor and a monitor. The light source apparatus provides illumination to a scene to be imaged by the CCD image sensor and displayed on the monitor. The light source apparatus includes a discharge lamp serving as a light source. The lamp is subject to progressive degradation during use so that its output light intensity achievable with a given level of input current gradually decreases through its lifetime. The current supplied to the lamp is controlled using a feedback control technique so as to maintain the output light intensity of the lamp at a substantially fixed, desired intensity level. In order to allow the operator to timely replace the discharge lamp with a new one, the input current to the discharge lamp is detected and compared to a threshold level. The threshold level may be selected to a level corresponding to the rated power of the lamp designated by the manufacturer. The input current has a tendency that its level for achieving a given level of output light intensity of the lamp gradually increases through the lifetime of the lamp, which is caused by progressive degradation of the lamp while the output light intensity level is controlled to be at a substantially fixed level. When the level of the input voltage has reached the threshold level, a visual alarm indication is provided on the monitor, indicating the necessity for replacement of the discharge lamp.

The video processor transmits a clock signal to the electronic endoscope in order to generate a driving signal for driving a CCD provided therein. The clock signal transmitted from the video processor has a sinusoidal waveform, and the electronic endoscope has a circuit which generates the driving signal based on the clock signal transmitted from the video processor. The driving signal is a periodical signal having a rectangular waveform. Further, a signal transmission line, which transmits the driving signal from the circuit to the CCD, is inserted into and wound around a ferrite material.

摘要: A light source apparatus for an endoscope having a light source for emitting a bundle of illuminating light rays which are to be supplied to a light guide of the endoscope. The apparatus includes at least a pair of light-blocking plates disposed in the bundle of illuminating light rays to face each other across the optical axis of the ray bundle, and a device for supporting the light-blocking plates such that the plates are rotatable about an axis extending therebetween at right angles to the optical axis. At least one of the light-blocking plates has such a cross-sectional configuration as viewed in the optical axis direction that the light-blocking plate is bent at an angle to the axis of rotation near the center of the illuminating optical path.

摘要: The main object of the present invention is to provide a color filter for a transflective type color liquid crystal display which is easily produced and capable of displaying the same color tone with both of a reflecting light and a transmitting light, and shows light scattering in a reflective light region. In order to attain the above mentioned object, the present invention provides a color filter for transflective type color liquid crystal display comprising a transparent substrate and a reflective light coloring layer and a transmissive light coloring layer formed on the transparent substrate, wherein, a convex-concave is formed on a surface of a liquid crystal layer side of the reflective light coloring layer, and an average thickness of the reflective light coloring layer is formed to be thinner than the thickness of the transmissive light coloring layer, and a refractive index difference between the reflective light coloring layer and a layer in contact with the surface of the convex-concave formed side of the reflective light coloring layer, is 0.1 or more. Further, a main object of the present invention is to provide a color filter for transflective type liquid crystal display comprising a transparent membrane pattern region obtained by laminating: a transparent substrate; a transparent membrane pattern layer comprising a transparent membrane formed in a pattern on the transparent substrate; and a coloring layer formed so as to cover the transparent membrane pattern layer.

The shell has a bottom plate to which the plug and the MID are attached in a manner so that the first light emitting portion faces the second light receiving portion and/or the first light receiving portion faces the second light emitting portion, and a plurality of elastic pieces provided for standing up toward top face side from four side of the bottom plate and contacting the plug and the MID. Thereby, the plug can be attached to and detached from the bottom plate of the shell in a vertical direction.

摘要: This connector assembly comprises a header 1 to which a plurality of coaxial cables 3 are connectable and a socket 2 configured to be mounted on a printed board 4. The header 1 can be detachably coupled to the socket 2. The header 1 has a first terminal array 12 to which the coaxial cables 3 are electrically connectable. The socket 2 has a second terminal array 21 which makes contact with the first terminal array 12 when the header 1 is coupled to the socket 2. The first terminal array has a plurality of first terminals each having a wire terminal 120 for connection with each conductive wire of the cables and a contact 122 for contact with the second terminal array. The feature of the present invention resides in that the wire terminals 120 are arranged in a line, and the contacts 122 of the first terminal array are arranged in two rows in a staggered configuration, and a pitch of the contacts 122 of each row is larger than a pitch of the wire terminals 120.
