    摘要: The present invention provides a non-cyanide based Au—Sn alloy plating solution capable of performing a Au—Sn alloy plating treatment by a plating solution composition that is neutral and does not contain cyanide. In the present invention, a non-cyanide soluble gold salt, a Sn compound composed of tetravalent Sn, and a thiocarboxylic acid-based compound are contained. The non-cyanide based Au—Sn alloy plating solution of the present invention can further contain sugar alcohols, and, in addition, can further contain a dithioalkyl compound.

    摘要: The disk array device supplies appropriate power to various parts in accordance with the operating mode in cases where the output of the main power supply drops. The disk array device adjusts the power from a commercial power source 6 with an AC/DC power supply 5, and supplies this power to a power supply common bus 7. A disk drive group 1 and a control circuit board group 2 constituting electrical loads are respectively connected to the power supply common bus 7. When the supply of power from the main power supply stops, the capacitor box 3 supplies a relatively large current for a short time only, in order to retain data during an instantaneous power outage. Then, the battery boxes 4 supply power to the power supply common bus 7 for a relatively long period of time, in order to perform destage control and memory backup. The battery boxes 4 perform balancing control of the output current in order to suppress variation in the output current value among the battery boxes 4.

    摘要: A step down type DC-DC power-supply device implements both the stabilization of the control loop and the responsibility at the same time. In the power-supply device, an output power signal is fed back to an error amplifier after having passed through a CR smoothing filter provided independently of a power LC smoothing filter. Also, independently of the duty controls over Power MOSFETs, i.e., upper-side/lower-side semiconductor switching components in the steady state, an output from the power LC smoothing filter is added to an upper and lower limit-mode-equipped control circuit, thereby, at the transient state, forcefully setting the duty α at either 0% or 100%.

    摘要: The invention relates to a power supply system having plural converters connected in parallel. The current of each of the plural converters is detected and each of the converters is controlled so as to match each of the converters to a maximum current value from among the detected current values. In the parallel converters, when one or more converter fails, having an output current of zero, the remaining converters are each partially charged equally to maintain the load current. Since a common bus is arranged between plural converters and plural loads, it is possible to carry out a redundant operation having a high reliability. Since a stable output can be obtained without being affected by the failed converter, a power supply system having the redundancy and the high reliability can be attained.

    摘要: The object of the invention is to compensate an effect of a voltage drop emerging in output voltage by the equivalent series resistance of a power output filter in a power-supply device. To achieve the object, a power-supply device wherein the power output filter that passes output power and first and second filters provided separately from the power output filter are provided, the first filter provided separately and one input terminal of an error amplifier are connected, new reference voltage acquired by adding differential voltage between the output of the second filter provided separately and the output of the power output filter to reference voltage is input to the other input terminal of the error amplifier and an output signal is fed back to the error amplifier is provided. According to the power-supply device, a voltage drop by equivalent series resistance emerging the output voltage of the power-supply device can be compensated.
