摘要： A novel water-soluble enzyme protein being composed of three heterogeneous subunits and having nitrile hydratase activity was separated and purified from the bacterium of genus Rhizobium. The nucleotide sequence of the gene encoding the protein was determined; using the transformant transformed with the expression vector having the nucleotide sequence, the protein was expressed; by reacting the transformant with a nitrile in a culture broth, the corresponding amide was produced.Via the use of a culture broth containing the transformant described above or the protein itself, a nitrile can be efficiently converted into the corresponding amide.

摘要： The communication device can easily serve as an extended user interface such as a remote controller of a target apparatus without causing any complicated operations to a user. The communication device includes the following units. An apparatus information obtainment unit (203) obtains apparatus information from an apparatus. An operation information obtainment unit (212) obtains operation information based on the apparatus information. A storage unit (213) stores the position information as apparatus position information indicating as a position of the apparatus, in association with the operation information. A direction sensor unit (207) detects direction of the communication device (102). A directional space calculation unit (208) calculates a directional space of the communication device (102). A selection unit (209a) specifies the apparatus existing in the directional space based on the apparatus position information and selects the operation information associated with the specified apparatus. An operation information transmission unit (215) transmits, based on the selected operation information, a control signal to the specified apparatus so as to allow the communication device to operate the apparatus.

摘要： A laminated material suitable for fabricating miniaturized security tags which have the uniform resonance frequency, and security tags obtained by using the laminated material, are provided. A manufacturing method of a laminated material for security tags characterized in that metal foils are laminated on both sides of a previously formed synthetic resin film, and security tags obtained by using the laminated material by the manufacturing method, are provided. Because the lamination is performed on the previously formed resin film, the amount of variation in thickness of the resin film is small, and the thin resin film can be precisely manufactured. Further, because the oriented film has a relatively high strength even for a thin film, the laminated material is easy to be etched for forming a circuit. The security tag obtained by using a previously formed resin film can satisfy both uniformizing the resonance frequency and miniaturizing the security tag simultaneously, and has an excellent performance.

摘要： A keyboard switch has a deformable membrane which, when deformed, enables electrical contact between a pair of contacts. A key stem is urged away from the deformable membrane by an elastic body.
