摘要： A slide bearing, a slide bearing assembly and a small motor with a slide bearing assembly which are comparable to or even better than conventional sintered oil-impregnated bearings in mechanical strength, stability of friction coefficient, and which are small and lightweight. The bearing assembly includes a housing having a circular hole and a through hole for supporting a rotary shaft and integrally formed from a resin composition comprising 20-40% by weight of a synthetic resin such as polyphenylene sulfide, 20-60% by weight of an inorganic filler such as mica, 10-30% by weight of a fibrous reinforcing material such as carbon fiber, 3-7% by weight of a lubricating oil such as fatty acid ester oil, and 1-5% by weight of an oil retaining material such as talc. There is also provided a slide bearing formed from the same resin composition as above. There is also provided a small motor having the above slide bearing assembly, a stator carried by the housing of the bearing assembly, and a rotor having a rotary shaft supported by the slide bearing of the bearing assembly.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding bearing which has a simple construction and thus can be produced easily and at a low cost and yet eliminates the need for the use of a heat insulation sleeve and the like and is capable of maintaining a frictional torque to a low extent. A sliding bearing (1) has an inner ring (2), an outer ring (3), and a sliding contact member (4) interposed therebetween. The inner ring (2) has a curved surface (2a) formed along an outer circumference thereof and a shaft-receiving hole which fits on a supporting shaft along an inner circumference thereof. The sliding contact member (4) is a molded body, made of resin composition, which has a curved surface (4a) making sliding contact with the curved outer circumferential surface (2a) of the inner ring (2) with the curved surface (4a) being opposed to the curved outer circumferential surface (2a). The outer ring (3) does not contact the inner ring (2) and holds the sliding contact member (4) on an inner circumferential side thereof with the outer ring (3) covering the sliding contact member (4). The outer ring (3) has an open portion (3d) formed on an axial one end surface thereof and a pawl portion (3a) formed at an edge of the open portion (3d). The sliding contact member (4) is combined with the outer ring (3) by inserting the sliding contact member (4) into the outer ring (3) from the open portion (3d) thereof and fixed by the pawl portion (3a).

In the plate-shaped peeling member, an adhesive agent-applied resin sheet is adhered to the thin metal plate in a longitudinal direction thereof without pulling both end portions of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in a longitudinal direction thereof, with metal exposed at both end surfaces of the thin metal plate in the longitudinal direction thereof.

摘要： An optical pick-up allows a lens to be supported at high dimensional accuracy for a high-density recording medium, and suppresses resonance for a high-speed access. The optical pick-up includes a supporting shaft, and a lens holder which fits on a supporting shaft rotatably, wherein the supporting shaft is formed of ceramics containing zirconia, and wherein the lens holder is formed of a liquid crystal resin composition. The optical-pickup includes a lens holder having a shaft hole which fits on a rotating shaft and a plurality of object lens holes, wherein the lens holder is a molded product of a resin composition of a liquid crystal resin or a polyphenylene ether resin mixed with a fibrous filler. The molded product has flexural elastic modulus of 10 GPa or more. The lens holder includes a bearing part formed vertically to a lens receiving surface with an excellent inner diameter roundness and excellent mechanical strength.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a plate-shaped peeling member having a thin metal plate and a resin sheet adhered thereto by winding the resin sheet around a leading edge of the thin metal plate. The plate-shaped peeling member peels paper from a roller or a belt of an electrophotographic apparatus, with a leading edge of the thin metal plate in contact with or being adjacent to the roller or the belt. The method includes the steps of stacking an adhesive agent-applied resin sheet to one main surface of a thin metal plate without pulling both end portions of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in a longitudinal direction thereof, with an unstuck portion left on the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in a widthwise direction thereof and with the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet being pressurized in a longitudinal direction thereof; temporarily sticking the unstuck portion left on the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in the widthwise direction thereof to other main surface thereof by folding back the unstuck portion along a leading edge of the thin metal plate toward the other main surface thereof without pulling the both end portions of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in the longitudinal direction thereof; and fixing the temporarily unstuck portion of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet to the other main surface of the thin metal plate, while the unstuck portion is being pressurized in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet from approximately a center of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in the longitudinal direction thereof.
