    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding bearing which has a simple construction and thus can be produced easily and at a low cost and yet eliminates the need for the use of a heat insulation sleeve and the like and is capable of maintaining a frictional torque to a low extent. A sliding bearing (1) has an inner ring (2), an outer ring (3), and a sliding contact member (4) interposed therebetween. The inner ring (2) has a curved surface (2a) formed along an outer circumference thereof and a shaft-receiving hole which fits on a supporting shaft along an inner circumference thereof. The sliding contact member (4) is a molded body, made of resin composition, which has a curved surface (4a) making sliding contact with the curved outer circumferential surface (2a) of the inner ring (2) with the curved surface (4a) being opposed to the curved outer circumferential surface (2a). The outer ring (3) does not contact the inner ring (2) and holds the sliding contact member (4) on an inner circumferential side thereof with the outer ring (3) covering the sliding contact member (4). The outer ring (3) has an open portion (3d) formed on an axial one end surface thereof and a pawl portion (3a) formed at an edge of the open portion (3d). The sliding contact member (4) is combined with the outer ring (3) by inserting the sliding contact member (4) into the outer ring (3) from the open portion (3d) thereof and fixed by the pawl portion (3a).

    摘要: An annular sensor holder (5) has an axial end (15) including a protrusion (18). The axial end (15) is fitted in a circumferential groove (7), such as a seal groove, of a bearing race (2) fitted to a stationary member (9) so that the sensor holder (5) can slide in the circumferential direction relative to the bearing race (2). In this state, the sensor holder (5) is coupled to the stationary member (9) by means of a fixing arrangement (19). Thus, when the bearing race (2) creeps, the sensor holder (5) slides relative to the bearing race (2) and does not rotate relative to the stationary member (9). This prevents breakage of connecting wires.

    摘要: The object is to provide a switching device for switching driving force between forward and reverse directions in which the same intermediate shaft can be used both when a spring clutch is used and when a roller clutch is used.The switching device includes an input gear 14, an output gear 15, and a switching mechanism 10 for switching the rotational direction disposed between the input and output gears. The switching mechanism 10 includes an intermediate bevel gears 22 supported on an intermediate shaft 12 and meshing with an input bevel gear 16 and an output bevel gear 17, a control gear 39 having a release arm portion 41 and a stopper arm portion 42, and a one-way clutch fitted in a radially inner surface of a clutch receiving portion integral with the input bevel gear 16. When a spring clutch 25 is used as the one-way clutch, an adaptor portion 30 is provided on a coupling member 28 of the spring clutch 25, which is fitted on the intermediate shaft 12. When a roller clutch 55 is used as the one-way clutch, an adaptor portion 57 of the same structure is provided on its inner ring 56.

    摘要: The object is to produce a magnetic encoder having a large outer diameter at a low cost, provide a sensor case which is compact in size and can be easily mounted and dismounted with a sensor element received therein, and to provide a double row rolling bearing with a preload application device and a rotational speed sensor which comprises a small number of parts and thus can be assembled easily. A magnetic member 12 of the magnetic encoder 11 is made of a magnetic material bound by rubber. The magnetic member 12 is bonded to an annular presser member 8, which also serves as a metal core, by an adhesive 13, thus eliminating the need for a mold and other facilities for vulcanization bonding. This makes it possible to manufacture a magnetic encoder 11 with a large outer diameter at a low cost.
