摘要: An electroconductive resin composition useful for packaging an electronic device, is provided, whereby a drawback that carbon black is likely to fall off from the surface of a molded product by abrasion, has been overcome. It is an electroconductive resin composition which comprises at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of a polyphenylene ether resin, a polystyrenic resin and an ABS resin, and carbon black and which contains a styrene/butadiene/butylene/styrene block copolymer or a mixture of such a copolymer with an olefinic resin, and has a surface resistivity of from 102 to 1010 Ω. Contamination of IC, etc., to be caused by falling off of carbon black, etc. by abrasion when contacted with IC, etc., can be substantially reduced.

摘要: An imaging method and an imaging device are disclosed which use no image forming optical system. A grid system 25 including an objective grid array 22 with a plurality of coplanarly arranged grids having pitches different from each other and a detector grid array 23 having a similarly enlarged configuration of the objective grid array, and a detector array 24 constitute a detection system. An energy ray such as an X-ray which has been transmitted through the grid system 25 is detected by the detector array 24 while rotating an object 20 under observation placed on a rotary table 21. A signal processing means 28 subjects signals detected by the detector array 24 to inverse Fourier transform to synthesize an image of the object 20, and the image is displayed on a display 29.

摘要: A fluorescent X-ray sulfur analyzer is disclosed and includes a radiation source for irradiating a sample with X-rays or .gamma.-rays, a radiation detector for detecting the radiation generated from the sample irradiated by the X-rays or .gamma.-rays and a first analyzer for selecting only fluorescent X-ray pulses from the output of the detector. The analyzer further includes a first pulse rate measuring device for measuring the pulse rate of the pulses selected by the first analyzer, a second analyzer for selecting only pulses of compton scattered rays from the output of the detector and a second pulse rate measuring device for measuring the pulse rate of the pulses selected by the second analyzer. An operational circuit is provided for operating the outputs of the first and second pulse rate measuring devices and is calibrated to compensate for the error caused by the variation of the carbon-hydrogen ratio to realize an accurate weight content of the sulfur in the sample.

摘要: Write-leveling, a write-leveling control unit (250) adjusts the delay amounts of DQS control unit (242) and a DQ control unit (244), at first, within a range of less than one clock cycle. Then, with respect to each SDRAM (282), a read-data row acquired by performing a read after a write of an expected value data row is compared value data row, and depending upon the comparison result, the delay amounts of the DQS control unit (242) and the DQ control unit (244) are adjusted in clock-cycle units. At the above write-time, control is performed so that the DQS control unit (242) outputs a data strobe signal (DQS) which is 2×M clock cycles longer than a burst length defined according to a specification, and the DQ control unit (244) adds M units each of data before and after a number of units of expected value data rows that match the burst length in order to output the data.
