    摘要: A small matching connector which may prevent the occurrence of a positional deviation between male and female contacts when male and female connectors are fitted to each other and may remove foreign matter adhered to the female contacts is provided. The female contacts arranged along the inner peripheral surface of the female connector are inclined with respect to a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the male connector into the female connector and parallel with the longitudinal direction of the inner peripheral surface. The adjacent female contacts whose inclined surfaces are opposed to each other are paired and have the same inclination angle with respect to the inner peripheral surface.

    摘要: A connector which is to be mounted on a substrate includes a housing member having an opening portion in which an electrical device is to be inserted, and a contact member provided in the housing member to electrically connect the electrical device with the substrate. The contact member includes a first portion, a second portion facing the first portion with a gap and supported elastically with respect to the first portion, and a third portion supported by the second portion. The third portion comes into contact with a terminal of the electrical device electrically when the second portion is pushed by a pushing member which is to be inserted into the gap between the first portion and the second portion.

After the module is engaged into the part support hole, an effect of force of dropping off upward the module from contact points inside on upper and lower surfaces is suppressed by the cavity, and the module can be supported by the parts support apparatus only. After the attachment of the module, a projection unit provided on the lower surface of a housing of a body device lowers with the housing, touches an end surface opposite the insertion side of the module to protect the module from dropping off the cavity in the horizontal direction.

    摘要: An interposition structure interposed between substrates and capable of guiding the insertion of a connection pin for electrically connecting the substrates to each other, whereby the connection pin can be inserted properly even in cases where the substrates to be connected or other members have a dimensional error caused during production thereof, a positioning error or the like. The interposition structure has an interposition body in which a through hole is formed such that connection pin inlet and outlet portions thereof each have an inner diameter gradually increasing in a direction from the inner part to the corresponding outer open end thereof, and also has a positioning protuberance provided on the underside of the interposition body. The interposition structure is interposed between upper and lower substrates with the positioning protuberance received in a recess formed in the upper surface of the lower substrate, and the connection pin is inserted through a hole in the upper substrate, the through hole, and a hole in the lower substrate.

    摘要: A combination of a plug assembly to be attached to a printed wiring board, and a receptacle assembly to be attached to a shelf back-board. The plug assembly comprises a set of plug contacts mounted to a plug housing. The receptacle assembly comprises a receptacle housing capable of mating engagement with the plug housing, and a set of resilient, bladelike receptacle contacts mounted to the receptacle housing. Each bladelike receptacle contact has two protuberances formed in longitudinally spaced positions thereon. Each receptacle contact is so made that only one of the two protuberances thereon is normally held against one associated plug contact upon interfitting engagement of the receptacle housing with the plug housing. At least selected one of the receptacle contacts butts on a projection on the receptacle housing and is thereby resiliently displaced in such a direction that the two protuberances on the displaced receptacle contact are both held against one associated plug contact. Thus, when the plug assembly is being inserted in the receptacle assembly, the plug contacts engage some of the receptacle contacts earlier than the others.
