    摘要: A planetary gear system has a driven sun gear, an internal gear fixed on a case concentrically with the sun gear, a rotatable shaft concentric with the sun gear having a carrier, and planetary gears on the carrier for engagement with the sun gear and the internal gear. The internal gear is divided in the axial direction into first and second internal gear sections which are adjustable in their relative angle in the circumferential direction so as to reduce a backlash in the engagement with the planetary gears. The planetary gears comprise a large planetary gear part for engagement with the sun gear and a small planetary gear part concentric with the large planetary gear part for engagement with the internal gear.

    摘要: A magnetic film plating apparatus employs a dip method that allows relatively good escape of bubbles and does not require a wide footprint and, even when a ferromagnetic material is used for an anode, can form a magnetic film on a substrate surface while minimizing the influence of the anode on the uniformity of magnetic anisotropy in the magnetic film. The magnetic film plating apparatus includes a plating tank for holding a plating solution; an anode vertically disposed in the plating tank at a position to be immersed in the plating solution; a substrate holder for holding a substrate W and positioning the substrate W opposite the anode; and a magnetic field generator, disposed outside the plating tank, for generating a magnetic field around the substrate W held by the substrate holder and positioned opposite the anode.

    摘要: Disclosed is a network game system that allows a plurality of players to enter a network game without imposing a lot of load on a server apparatus for managing the entire progress of the network game. A game is played in different battle zones, and video game apparatuses which play the game in the same battle zone form each of video game apparatus groups. A server apparatus designates one of the video game apparatuses belonging to each of the video game apparatus groups as a front end server. The video game apparatus designated as the front end server controls decision of motions of non-player characters, calculation of change values of parameters of player characters, and transmission/reception of information regarding the progress of the game between the video game apparatuses belonging to each of the video game apparatus groups in a unified manner. Transmission of information regarding the progress state of the game in each battle zone to the server apparatus is performed in a unified manner. Designation of the front end server is changed for every predetermined time.
