摘要: According to one embodiment, an lighting apparatus includes a base member, a light source configured to emit visible light, and a translucent cover including a translucent region which covers at least a front surface of the light source and emits the light emitted from the light source to the outside. The light source is provided on a front surface flat section of the base member, a luminous intensity of the light emitted from the light source has a directionality which is strong in a normal direction of the front surface flat section and becomes zero on a rear surface side. The translucent cover includes a domed shape having a maximum diameter at a position higher than a height of the position where the light source is arranged, and a transmittance of a region opposing the light source is 60% or less.

The optical control member is formed in a sheet shape which is controlled by at least one of a reflective film having a reflection factor distribution, and a reflective film having a numerical aperture distribution, and lenses.

摘要: An electron beam generating section of an electron gun assembly includes at least a cathode that emits an electron beam, and a control electrode that is disposed on a phosphor screen side of the cathode. The cathode has a cathode face that is opposed to the control electrode, the cathode face having a concave shape with a recessed central portion. The electron beam that is emitted from the cathode face forms a cross-over with a tube axis. A cross-over point of an electron beam, which is emitted from the central portion of the cathode face, differs from a cross-over point of an electron beam, which is emitted from an off-axis portion of the cathode face.

摘要: A plastic movable guide is disclosed wherein a reinforcing plate for reinforcing a guide body is simplified in shape, permitting easy assembly and prevention of disengagement. The movable guide is constituted by a guide body and a reinforcing plate fitted into the guide body. The guide body has a slit which receives the reinforcing plate which has a pair of recesses. A pair of windows are formed in the guide body to register with the reinforcing plate recesses. Each window has a tongue piece having a face which projects angularly into the slit and terminates in a retaining portion. When the reinforcing plate is advanced into the slit, the retaining portions of the tongue pieces are deflected out of the slit and when the plate is seated, the retaining portions are engaged in the recesses and retain the plate in the guide body.

With this lettering machine, it is possible to write letters on horizontally and/or vertically enlarged or reduced scales and also with desired inclination angles as well as ordinary equal scale letters.

摘要: The cathode ray tube apparatus comprises a main lens constructed by focus, intermediate, and final acceleration electrodes. The main lens includes a focusing area positioned in a side of the focus electrode, and a diverging area positioned in a side of the final acceleration electrode. A focusing force curve expressing the focusing force along the tube-axis direction in the focusing area has two convex parts respectively being at first and second levels, and a concave part provided between the convex parts and being at a third level sufficiently lower than the first and second levels. The third level is set to a lowermost level at which a focusing or diverging force is not substantially effected on the electron beam. An intermediate electrode having a non-circular shaped hole is positioned near an area of the lowermost level.

摘要: An inline type electron gun assembly has a main lens for focusing three electron beams on a phosphor screen. A resistor is arranged in a cathode ray tube. A voltage obtained by dividing a high voltage with the resistor is applied to an intermediate electrode. Voltages of a focusing electrode, the intermediate electrode, and a final accelerating electrode that constitute the main lens are determined to increase sequentially. Electron beam holes in the intermediate electrode on the focusing electrode side, and electron beam holes in the intermediate electrode on the final focusing electrode side form vertically elongated holes longer in the vertical direction than in the horizontal direction. Electron beam holes in the focusing electrode on the intermediate electrode side and electron beam holes in the final accelerating electrode on the intermediate electrode side form open holes having no side wall portions. A color cathode ray tube having an electron gun assembly capable of improving resolving power can be provided.
